Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.
