Holiday rentals with a patio in Greene County

Heather has such a beautiful place! Looks exactly like the pictures and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I really really enjoyed my stay at Heather’s place. I will definitely book this place again when I come back to Dayton area.

Beautifully designed space that was wonderful for our overnight stay. Thoughtful touches such as bottled water. Close to our event for the evening. Easy to find. Clear expections provided for arrival, departure. and within the apartment. Easy parking. Overall really nice retreat!

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

Aaron's place was exactly what we needed. Great location, quiet and comfortable. It was our first time staying there and we will definitely look to stay there again.

One of my favorite places to stay when in town to show at WEC. Had a small snafu with checking in but Jessie was extremely responsive and helpful. looking forward to staying again in a couple of weeks!

I booked this place for a staycation getaway. It was perfect! So tranquil, amazing views from the ample windows, a private deck to enjoy morning coffee, a cozy and beautiful interior space. It was fun to watch the goats and ducks doing their thing! I walked down to the river, found and walked the labyrinth, and had an amazing massage next door! This is now my go-to staycation place. I’ve booked it again for the fall and can’t wait!

Sam’s place was perfect for me. Quiet and accessible to many of the things that I was in town for. Sam communicated proactively and checked in to ensure all went well after my arrival. I would recommend Sam’s place if you’re in the area and need a great home base that is also a good value.

This was our second year at the beautiful house. There is plenty of room for a large group of of people (9 of us). I love how quiet it is here. You are in the middle of the woods. The zip line was a blast. I weigh 300 lbs and I have no issues with riding it. The propane grill was used every night as well as the dishwasher. The price was cheaper than 4 hotel rooms. Plus we were able to make our own food rather than eating out. This house is well worth the price if you have a large group of people. We will be back again next year.

The Market Manor was beautiful but, the pictures do not depict the true beauty of this wonderful home. It is a beautiful hand crafted historic home that has been tastefully updated with modern amenities throughout while preserving the beauty of old world craftsmanship throughout. It is beautiful both inside and out in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that reminds you of a simpler time in life. Its a wonderful home that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Nice touches included coffee and welcome cookies and card. Kasey is a wonderful host who was responsive to any question or concern we had. My friends and I were will book again. Highly recommend !

Shakertown Cottage was a very pleasant country stay. We only tried the main bed but it was quite comfortable. Lovely property and home.

Came up from Virginia for a weekend conference and needed a place for 7 people to stay. The house was clean and had enough space for us to be able to spread out. It also had a very nice game room in the basement along with a bathroom and bedroom.

My uncle and I had a great stay while in town for an event. The house was easy to find, very clean and easy to get in and start unwinding from the day. Parking very close to the front door is always handy. He is a coffee guy so having the supplies available was nice. The grocery store is only about a mile away so it was easy to see what is on hand and run out to stock the kitchen

This house had all of the basic essentials, it was clean and comfortably slept my family. Nice big back yard. And close to Wilberforce University. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Andrew’s Place was exactly what we were hoping for — clean, updated, and in a nice part of town. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, with plenty to do nearby — shops, restaurants, and parks all within a short drive. The home itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The game area was a blast and kept everyone entertained, and the big TV made for a fun movie night. Overall, this was a great stay in a great area.

Just was very helpful. This was a last minute trip for us and everything went smoothly. We will definitely utilize this space in the future if it’s available.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!
