Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

This apartment is a great place to stay for a couple. Close to the shops and restaurants of Newmarket. it's handy having a car park provided. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful place. I picked this place in particular for the bathroom for my mum. She uses a Walker and wheelchair and needs enough space to get around. This property was perfect and she really loved the view. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. I definitely would book this again.

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's unit. The unit is modern, secure, well located close to the beach and Auckland city and has everything we need. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Auckland!

Booked this place for my partners Mum and it was such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, somewhere close to CBD but still enjoy the quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. Everything about the stay was just perfect and incredibly convenient with location, which made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. Lum was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference and added such a personal, caring touch to our experience. We’re already talking about coming back soon. This place is a gem! It looks even better than the photos. It is in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars within easy walking distance. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip to Auckland!

Great place to stay for families

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kane's place! 😊 From start to finish, Kane was a fantastic communicator 🗣️, always making sure we had everything we needed and checking in to ensure our stay was perfect. The house itself was exactly what we were looking for – spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need 🏡. The aircon was an absolute lifesaver ❄️ during the hot Auckland summer ☀️, keeping us cool and comfortable the entire time. We recently stayed at Colin’s home for a week and completely enjoyed our stay. It was modern, comfortable, beautifully appointed, VERY clean, peaceful, quiet, with off street parking. The neighborhood was great for morning walks/runs and there was also a great coffee shop and local tavern around the corner. Colin was flexible with check in as well which was a huge benefit to us and greatly appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.
