For bookings of 5 to 8 guests, an additional fully equipped floor is available, featuring an original Finnish sauna and a home cinema. The spa area can be used by prior arrangement.

La mia casa si trova direttamente sul lago , a pochi passi (10 metri)dalla fermata autobus; inoltre dalla casa inizia la passeggiata a lago che arriva alla vicina spiaggia pubblica, dove ci si può rilassare e fare i bagni. La passeggiata prosegue e costeggia tutto il paese. Dalla mia abitazione parte la Greenway, un percorso pedonale semplice da fare, da cui raggiungere i vari borghi della Tremezzina. Parcheggio riservato gratuito all'aperto (10 metri dalla mia casa).

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
