Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

We enjoyed our stay - everything was clean and functional! We had everything we needed to make multiple meals in the spacious kitchen. Even though it rained all weekend there was plenty to do at the house, and we loved the view of the lake from the patio. Our host was friendly and responsive both during our stay and before we checked in. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Clinton AR. The house was as pictured especially the roomy living and kitchen area. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed it during our visit. Kitchen has complete supplies and all the cabinets and even light fixtures were labeled properly. The best part is the lake view. It is literally just a fee steps away. We enjoyed swimming/floating and fishing. We had a minor issue with pool light and they sent someone right away to fix it. Our only feedback is the bedroom with twin bed is really small. We planned on having couple sleep in that room but had to change it last minute. Maybe they can replace the bed with a full side bed or a futon that opens to a full size. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a great time with our family in this Airbnb! It had everything we needed and more. The pool was not too far away. I wish there was closer lake access than the sandy beach but overall great time. Super clean and understanding with all of our questions and needs.

I spent a week here and it was great. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely shower, comfortable reclining sofa, and fast internet, which i used for a couple of work zoom meetings. Finally, excellent value! I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was enjoyable for all the family. We had five grandchildren with us and their parents and everyone enjoyed the pool the most. Plenty enough chairs and nice big table under cover area to eat outside and enjoy it. Nice to have a grill also. The lake being just a feet or so from the back yard was enjoyed by the grands. The house was very spacious and clean. Being so close to some small restaurants and grocery stores was a plus also. We have no complaints other than the concrete around the pool being so rough on your feet. We would definitely consider staying again. Thank you 😊 Lisa Doss and family

Waren’s house was a great choice. Not only did we feel at home-so did my pup. She got to enjoy the spacious backyard. I grew up in Heber and specifically chose this home because of how close it is to Sandy Beach—literally a walkable distance. The inside looked just like it was pictured. Waren was very responsive and helpful for our stay. 10/10 would recommend this house.

Great stay! House was full of everything you could think to need and the kids loved all the kid friendly activities. Also, loved the backyard. Great for cookouts and s’mores.

This place is a WONDERFUL peaceful getaway for our family. We spent a lot of time swimming in the lake behind the house during the day and stargazing at night. Matt provided a welcoming home away from home, with comfortable beds, a fire pit, gas grill, and friendly, detailed instructions and advice well in advance of our trip. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pans and utensils we needed, and the whole place was immaculate. This is our second visit to Matt’s house and one of our favorite places to stay because he goes the extra mile as a host. We hope to return again soon.

The house and backyard was amazing! Loved the pool table and karaoke machine. The backyard was an amazing oasis!! And the master bath with the shower and jets was truly top notch!! Loved all the amenities and great spot for a mini vacay for our family💜. Def want to come back and stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our extended family and gave us plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and enjoy our time together. The kids had an amazing time exploring the large yard, playing near the pond, and splashing around in the full creek. We set up a canopy nearby so the adults could relax and watch them have the time of their lives. We spent our days hiking in nearby state parks, and returning to this peaceful home each evening was the perfect way to unwind. The porch quickly became our favorite hangout spot—we enjoyed meals, coffee, and hours of great conversation out there. One of our favorite features was the tub in the master suite. After a long day on the trails, it offered a relaxing, quiet space to soak and recharge. The home was clean, well-stocked, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. From the peaceful setting to the thoughtful touches, it exceeded our expectations. We made unforgettable memories and highly recommend this stay!

What an amazing home! I couldn’t be happier that we booked TJ’s place for the first weekend in June! This was actually my wedding weekend at a nearby venue, and TJ’s home is by FAR the closest to it (The Barn at Greers Ferry Lake). The home was spotless, VERY roomy, and just beautiful. All beds were comfy, kitchen well-stocked, and bathrooms had good quality linens. My favorite part is that TJ’s place felt like a home, instead the usual ‘airbnb with amazon furniture’. I do think all should be advised: this is NOT an easy drive. It’s extremely windy and steep, very scary in the dark. I’m not sure I’d attempt it in a sedan or smaller. Most important to know: we were stranded at the airbnb on wedding morning (worst case scenario) due to extreme flooding. TJ shared that this was unusual, but it did lose us 2 hours of wedding morning, so heads up. All of this to say, I wholeheartedly recommend TJ’s home based on the quality, experience, and host’s customer service. This place is a GEM!

He accommodated me on very short notice and went beyond what I would normally expect a host to do! I will certainly stay there again.

We had a nice stay. We booked at the last minute due to a water leak in our cabin we own nearby. We were very glad to find something last minute at 8:00 PM. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee k cups provided were a nice touch. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms plus hand soap was also provided. My son loved the PAC Man game downstairs. The stairs to the second bedroom are pretty narrow, so it could be a problem for some people. Parking is also very tight, so I wouldn’t suggest bringing more than 2 vehicles to this house.

It was a private area without a bunch of loud neighbors. Our host was very responsive leading up to the stay and during it. It ended up storming a fair amount of the time we were there but the house had plenty to do inside. Everything we needed was right there and available for us to use.

What a great place! Thank you so much for making our family trip memorable! From the sweet treats to the amazing view. It was truly a beautiful place to stay and our children and fur babies enjoyed it too! We will definitely be back!

Sheila’s home was a nice place to stay. It had plenty of room for my large family, beautiful views, and a great location that felt private yet close to town.

It was a very comfortable stay in a clean house right on the water. We would definitely rent this location again.

It was a great middle ground to meet up with family from Mississippi. We had a wonderful time swimming in the lake, playing board games and gathering on the decks. Beautiful views and lots of room for everyone! We had a mishap when we arrived but Kam was quick to get it resolved. Will consider booking again.
