In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

The apartment "Haus Hamburg" is on the 2nd floor. The spacious living room has a balcony and a large dining area. A flat-screen TV and radio are also available. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a floor-level shower. The bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 m or 1.40 m) and a wardrobe. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

The small, or "Lütje" apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on the south-east side of the house and was newly furnished in late 2020 in a modern, cozy East Frisian style. The apartment has a car parking space by the house. To get to the upper floor, you have to climb a steep staircase.
