I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. no smoking! bath towels to bring for the pool! thorough cleaning of the house to be carried out upon your departure.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
