We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, close to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a 6 min walk away.

This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

Upstairs is a light-filled bedroom and living area looking out into trees. Downstairs is a lofty dining area with kitchen bench and bathroom. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cox's Bay, the studio is an easy walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of the popular West Lynn, Westmere, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby inner-city areas. Very handy to bus routes to the central city. The studio has its own direct private access from the street.
