One queen bedroom, one king single bedroom and Annexe 3 m away with double bed, electricity and linking deck to Bumblebee. Town water, gas water heating, in a large tree-clad garden, you have privacy + space + parking. New heatpump. Water feature. GHD! Electric blankets. Unsuitable for children under 3. Dogs must be on leash outside as we are rural. No cleaning fees. All linen supplied.

Relax 10 minutes from town in a charming country cottage with all mod cons. Close enough to amenities to explore town but quiet enough to see and hear the tui's, kereru and Ruru (morepork owls) at night. We have two queen size rooms and one king single, all bedrooms have good size wardrobes. We have two beautiful large decks one south facing out front and one in the back for all day and evening entertainment. We have new radiator heating to keep you warm in cooler months.

Convenient carparking is right on the street, with the option for off-street parking by request.

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly. One small fur baby allowed. Please advise when booking.
