Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

Unique place overlooking the Vecht.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.

A small Eden, within the former peatlands area between Utrecht and Amsterdam, is where you'll find our nature cabin. Equipped with al the necessary luxuries, the cabin has windows in all directions and from the lounge sofa you have a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and body of water. The fantastic porch/terrace has double doors and a lovely swing chair, built to start daydreams. And just a stonesthrow away from the cabin there's a wonderful spa (Spa Sereen).

Paradise on the Maas. Beautiful cottage right on the river Maas with lots of privacy and a cozy garden. Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts.
