Holiday rentals with a patio in Grovedale

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

It was pleasing to walk in and see that everything was as described. A beautiful property which made our stay enjoyable . A tv in the main bedroom would be nice but we did not miss it.

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

Absolutely what a fantastic little 2 bedroom unit. very quiet perfect location closest centre of town and walking distance to Woolworths and local hotels etc. being a pet friendly unit suited us perfectly for what we travel to Geelong for. all communication was easy all the instructions were spot on to follow and we had a wonderful time we're definitely coming back and would highly recommend to anyone thanks Craig ! kind regards Susan and Co .

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

We stayed here for 4 night and it was great. We got what was shown in the photos. The place is a across the road from a park and a cafe. A short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, other cafes, boutique stores and the best Home hardware store you're ever likely to find. It is also a short walk to the beach. We usually have to clean a place before settling in, but on this occasion, we felt like we didn't have to do much at all. It was a lively place, well designed and comfortable. We would stay again. I booked the place for a holiday with my parents and kids. The place was so homely and kids friendly! There were many games and toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ambiance was like a beautiful and welcoming family home that all of us very much enjoyed. Thank you Fran for the delightful stay!

We had a great stay here and were pleasantly greeted by Obi the cat on our last day who is very friendly and cuddly. Overall great experience and Polly was very responsive and accommodating.

My family was warmly welcomed by Rachel one other time before this stay and we're so glad that we finally booked this Airbnb. It's located in a great neighbourhood with an easy walk to some great restaurants and Geelong's well-known Pakington St! The house is an end unit which was very roomy, and the yard was securely fenced for our pups. We were able to WFH without any issues after the Wi-Fi got sorted. It was a very comfortable stay over 8 nights and the house had everything we could possibly need this entire time. From the front door, it was also a short walk to the Geelong station, making it an easy and straightforward commute to Melbourne. Despite the complex having many units, it was always quiet, and the neighbours were also welcoming and very friendly. We would love to come back someday should we ever find ourselves in the area again and wouldn't hesitate to book Rachel's place for a 2nd time. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a pet friendly accommodation. Thank you!

We had the most beautiful stay at this property – it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely perfect – spacious, clean, and beautifully presented with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The large family living areas made it easy for everyone to spend time together, and the outdoor space was a highlight! We especially loved the hot tub, pool, and sauna – such a treat and perfect for both fun and relaxation. The host, Amit, was outstanding – incredibly responsive and easy to contact. He provided helpful updates before and during our stay, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attention to detail and thoughtful communication really made the experience feel extra special. We can’t wait to book again – highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free escape!

Beautiful spacious apartment; was perfect for our young family of four. Conveniently located next to the high street with all the shops and restaurants we needed. Graham was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. The place felt cared for, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The furniture and bedding are quality. As it is an apartment you can hear the neighbours pretty clearly, but it was not an issue overnight. I would recommend Melissa's place.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

The experience was amazing, had a nice city view, simple check in and check out process, and needless to say a beautiful apartment with tons of kitchen utilities and basic necessities. It comes with two sets of keys which we found extremely useful, and an IGA convenience store directly downstairs. The location being in the heart of the city was amazing, with almost everything you need within walking distance. The Hot tub and gym were perfect for the colder weather as well. We only ran into very minor issues such as no shelving in the master ensuite shower, the TV being a little slow at times, and no locks on the doors. Nonetheless, very minor issues that are very easy to ignore given the cheap price and all the positives listed above. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
