Super easy check in, the place was really clean and had everything we needed! Right next to the beach and a beautiful balcony!

Perfect stay! The apartment is large, conveniently located and the view to the balcony is simply wonderful. There are several amenities and we have everything we need in this apartment (very well equipped kitchen, everything he does to do laundry, etc.). The host is super kind and responds quickly. A 100% rating, I recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation has everything you need for a vacation: general accommodation amenities, beach furniture and an outstanding view of the sea from the 13th floor. Parking was just as easy. We thought it was a shame that we only booked this accommodation for two nights. Definitely recommended!

I was there in June with a friend and we where extremely satisfied with Marina Y Jesùs. The host was really friendly, he suggested to us a lot of good places to visit or where to relax. The appartment was really good, there was all the things present in the description. I suggest you this opportunity ;)

Nice apartment close to the beach, restaurants, taxis and busses. Exactly as described. A short bus ride or long walk to supermarkets, which we used every other day of our two week stay. Air conditioning worked great and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and have coffee. The only negative thing I could say is that we only had two bath towels and one hand towel for the two of us for our entire stay so after a week I had to do a load of laundry. It took a long time to dry on the drying rack. It was easy to rent lounge chairs and an umbrella from the beach people. It was only 14 euros for the day. Tony is a great host and was always VERY responsive to our messages.

Three generations, 11 adults, two monkeys and an 8-month-old baby. Each had their own quiet bedroom and the sounds of the morning did not reach the upper floor. Outdoor spaces are comfortable, with a barbecue canopy and swimming pool, as well as a hot tub! Electronic locks allowed everyone to move according to their own schedule. Check-in electronically and on site Vanessa will welcome you with good instructions. The location is perfect, a short distance to the station, from which you can get everywhere by train. Beach and restaurants also nearby. It was perfect just for us, thank you 🩷

What a fantastic apartment! We had a superb holiday and Ronnay was the most pro-active host with lots of really helpful text messages ahead of our arrival that made gettine to the front door realyy easy. The appartment is lovely and really quite peacful due to it's location. Sunrise is a joy in this apartment and the view and the balcony area are brilliant. We will 100% be coming back to Ronnay's apartment on our next holiday to Torremolinos. We had a lucky chance to be able to meet Ronnay and his parner while we were there and what fabulous hosts they are in person too. TOP MARKS go to this apartment !

Ignacio warmly welcomed me in front of the accommodation. He showed me everything that is worth knowing. He was available at all times and earlier check-in/later check-out was no problem after consultation. The place is as described in the pictures. I felt very comfortable and safe. The apartment is modern and everything is new. The bed is super comfy. I will miss it. The kitchen is well equipped and a bottle of water is also waiting for you on site. The pool and loungers are clean and well maintained. The beach is of course also just outside the door. Supermarkets are very easy to reach on foot. It is a bit noisy because it is directly on the street, but with the window closed and air conditioning, no problem at all. I enjoyed it very much and would book the accommodation again at any time. My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

The apartment was everything we could have wished for and even more! We are a family of 5 which includes 3 very active boys! We all loved the apartment and its location. We particularly loved: the modernity of the apartment and all its facilities, eating on the balcony with its beautiful view of pool and the sea! Swimming in the pool and the short walking distance to the sea. We used the local supermarket lots, we took the train from the airport and to other destinations. It was very peaceful and quiet in the building and in the gardens. The host was very flexible , quick to answer and very welcoming! We would love to and would consider coming back again!

Very clean apartment, nice and with everything you need. Small outdoor space for lunch in the sun. Ricardo is always available and responds very quickly to questions. If we have the opportunity, we will come back.

Great location with unique views of the sea. With the door open, you can actually fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves – a real highlight. I was alone at the place which was fine. For two, let alone three people, however, it is definitely too small and tight. The main bed is suitable for one person only. Great communication and tips from the two hosts.
