Un seul bémol mais Luis n’y est pour rien : le bruit dans la rue la nuit. Mais on ne peut pas être en centre-ville et en même temps que ce soit paisible. Sinon, le logement est top et tout est conforme !

Manuel and Susana were great hosts. Susana provided easy to follow instructions and a ton of great local recommendations. The unit is in a great location and was very quiet.

Thank you Carmen for such a beautiful stay in Cōrdoba. Your apartment was so comfortable and made our couple of nights really easy. The outside space was really peaceful and lovely to sit in at night and early morning. Thank you for all the homely touches and information about restaurants and sights. What a great stay! Jose Luis was super responsive even before our arrival to Spain. He assisted with earlier check in and local recommendations. His associate Victor met us personally, and was very nice. He even assisted to bring our very heavy suitcases up (I forgot there wasn’t an elevator in this listing, however just up one flight of stairs). He reviewed the city with us and was communicative via text during our whole stay. The apartment itself was perfect- beautifully designed and furnished. It was in a great location on a quiet street but within 10 min or less walking distance to the main attractions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I loved this appartment esp the balcony that was above the restaurant strip so you could sit up there and hear the street musicians ! Great location and very responsive host!

Très bel appartement. Frais, on a trouvé pratique la laveuse et le coin séchage. Ce qui a été plus difficile pour nous c’est d’accéder au stationnement recommandé ( parking Sevilla 5) car nous perdions le réseau internet dans le labyrinthe des rues. Il est à bonne distance de marche et mieux d’avoir un sac à dos que des valises. Il y a des rues avec pentes .

This apartment is at the heart of a very lively and historically interesting quarter of Seville. It is comfortable, offering both a washing machine and a diswasher (great additions!) as well as the good bathroom, bedroom and sitting room that the description leads you to expect. The building itself is old and gracious….this is a splendid place from which to get to know Seville..

Perfect spot for a short stay in Granada—quiet, central, and everything you need within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, and a great base to explore the city. Would definitely come back!

Apartamento estupendo, verdaderamente bello y cómodo, mejor aun que lo que se ve en las fotos, tiene todo lo que escriben en el anuncio y más, cada detalle perfectamente estudiado, te sientes en casa inmediatamente, no le falta nada de verdad. Algo que aprecio mucho, además de todo lo que he dicho, es la limpieza exhaustiva de todos los espacios, muebles y lencería de cama, cojines, almohadas etc, maravilloso, todo huele a limpio como si fuera nuevo, felicitaciones de verdad por el excelente trabajo y la gestión del inmueble y todo lo que hay dentro de él. Yo he estado en muchos bnb y algunas pasa que los cojines huelen mal o los armarios y muebles de cocina huelen a humedad o algo así por estar encerrados y verdad que fue una sorpresa todo tan ciudado y perfecto, mil gracias por todo, yo lo aconsejo 1000 veces a ojo cerrado ✨✨

If I could give this place a 6 out of 5, I would. This truly was the perfect Airbnb. Our host Barbara was the most delightful person. Super helpful and always contactable. The apartment is immaculate, spacious and ideally located with superb views from every window and the rooftop terrace. If ever we return to Seville, we will be booking this accommodation without hesitation. It’s a 6.

This place is a true gem, and so is alvaro. The apartment is spacious and gorgeous, much more beautiful than the pictures even. It was packed with food and everything you could possibly need. I have never seen such generosity from an apartment or an accommodation of any kind. Alvaro was considerate and very kind, he provided a dog bed and water for my dog, and he helped us check in early. Great Location, Perfect area to explore the city and also walk to the Alhambra.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Carmen pour 4 nuits. Le logement a du charme, il est très propre, globalement bien équipé. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et invitent à la détente. La piscine est grande, bien entretenue, un vrai plaisir. Il y a des chiens très gentils à proximité. Carmen est une hôte discrète mais disponible, avenante malgré nos difficultés en espagnol, elle a su se montrer patiente avec un bon traducteur. Bon emplacement pour visiter Cordoue et Grenade (environ 1h-1h15 de chaque destination) PS : peut-être ajouter un peu de café pour dépanner :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Heloise's apartment exceeded expectations, and was even better than the photos suggested. Heloise's instructions regarding check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and has some lovely local bars and restaurants selling food and drink at great prices: at one particular place, my wife and I were able to buy breakfast for just €7 in total! If we return to Seville, we would 100% stay at Heloise's apartment again. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Recommended.
