Welcome to your Tempe Rare(y) Home! Super close and convenient with highways and major roads nearby, but tucked away in a cul-de-sac, so it's nice and quiet. I recently moved here myself and absolutely love the dry sunny days and hiking trails nearby. Rooms are equipped with Nectar mattresses, comfy bedsheets, and comforters to unwind on. Decompress with Netflix/AppleTV or dance your heart out with Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio 4 speaker or record player! Don’t forget about the BIG backyard :)
