Soriana, Aurrerá, and all kinds of businesses (clothing, food, shoe stores, hardware store, Oxxo, furniture store, etc.) are 3 to 5 minutes away. The downtown area where it is located is very quiet, little vehicular traffic and much less pedestrian traffic.
