El apartamento está situado en la tercera planta de un emblemático edificio de principios del siglo XX sin ascensor. Totalmente reformado respetando los elementos originales del edificio: suelos de azulejo hidráulico, techos altos, vigas de madera y paredes de ladrillo visto. Se compone de un luminoso y amplio salón, un baño y dos dormitorios. El dormitorio principal dispone de una cama matrimonial y el segundo dormitorio está compuesto por una litera, con cama de matrimonio abajo y cama individual arriba. El salón-comedor diáfano cuenta con 3 amplios ventanales que llenan de luz la casa y ofrece un ambiente cálido y acogedor, donde es fácil sentirse siempre cómodo. Desde sus tres balcones, tendréis un lugar privilegiado para ver la Semana Santa, ya que está ubicado en la Carrera oficial.
