Our stay at Joao's was spectacular. We were 13 days and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need at the time of cooking. The view is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Joao was always willing to fix whatever we needed. We recommend staying there, we will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Wonderful place! The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, silent and extremely safe. Anya is very friendly, whenever I needed, she replied very fast. On my next trip to Rio, this is will be my first choice.

Extremely proactive host, responded to everything with great agility, understanding, polite, kind, given ALL the necessary directions and instructions, and more. The space is exactly like the images, high quality bed and bath linens. The condominium is excellent, complete, family, staff of the building are very polite and receptive, including visitors. On the ground floor for insurance, impeccable cleaning, monitored swimming pool, gym, toy library, living area good for children. On the ground floor has several shops and services, such as pharmacy, grocery, pet, bakery, pizzeria and the surroundings are very quiet, many children, pet, families walk in the late afternoon. I was delighted with the condominium, apartment and with the Host, even extended my stay.

Our stay was very good. Leandro is an excellent host. The property is cozy, just like in the photos. It accommodated my family of 4 adults and 2 children very well. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from Leandro and his wife. The neighborhood offers alternatives for restaurants, pharmacies, markets and commerce. Relatively close to the Itaipava fair car, about 15 minutes. A good option for those who want tranquility and comfort. We recommend the property without a doubt. Thank you for the reception.

The stay with Jairo was impeccable from start to finish. From the moment of booking, he was very helpful and gave me clear and well-didactic instructions on how to get to the place, with photos, location by google maps and more, and he is also a flexible person. The environment smelled of cleanliness, extremely clean bath and bed linen, a house without any dust. Everything was organized and available. It was an incredible weekend with the family. I felt at home and welcomed by that environment that at the same time brings you the isolation of the urban environment, but in 3 minutes by car you can reach the shops. Wonderful, I'll be back more often Note 10 ❤️

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

Our stay at this home was simply wonderful! Since the time of arrival, we have been greeted with great attention and cordiality. The host was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed, which made us very calm. House is exactly like in pictures, or even better! All very clean, organized and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made our family meals much easier. The main highlight was the outdoor area: safe for children to play, with space for everyone to relax and a great view! I recommend with closed eyes for family travellers. We will definitely return!!!

Our stay was perfect, the house is very comfortable and super close to the beach. Tay, her husband and daughter, were wonderful hosts, gave us several options of restaurants and tours, responded to messages extremely quickly, and were always very attentive and polite.

From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

Great house! All beautiful and wonderful, really like in the ad, Casa de Revista, spectacular! Sossego and a lot of peace! We wanted to escape the excitement of Rio de Janeiro at the carnival and could not have chosen a better place!!! We felt at home!!! Super available and requested hosts! Eduardo welcomed us very well and gave us all the instructions we needed, Tamara was wonderful, leaving everything prepared for us. The place is cozy, with a very nice kitchen area as well. Quiet area and it fit my whole family. I really recommend it. I hope to return on another occasion!

Marize is simply an excellent host. Always answered us super quickly and very clearly, helping us a lot to know about the surroundings and places to go. The villa is excellent, close to a few restaurants and beach view. I thought it was sensational. I highly recommend it.

Bianca was very helpful and polite. It was always available for any questions, even at night. Nice, airy, well equipped and pleasant apartment. It is actually in front of the downtown river, and it is possible to get there on foot.

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1 week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

Your stay with Rita was amazing. I loved every detail of the apartment and of the condominium. It had everything we needed, even a hairdresser in the bathroom. The frozen filtered water in the fridge, among other things, made me love it.

Alberto was an extremely flexible and attentive host. We felt at home, my baby loved the space in the apartment, which was impeccable, they were very zealous with our stay. We will definitely be booking with Alberto again on our next trips to Rio.

Our stay was excellent, very spacious and cozy apartment. The condominium is beautiful, close to a mini mall, park, bakery, restaurant, market, etc. Very safe with very responsive staff. The hosts were very attentive. Kellen is very nice, gave us all the support from booking to the end of the stay, including tour tips. We loved it, we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.
