Conveniently located, less than 100 yards from plaza San Fernando, callejón de el beso and many more colorful attractions. Great restaurants, bars and cafes just a few yards away. With a gorgeous view of a plaza and city views from dual rear balconies you will truly feel pampered. Single story home,good fit for older folk.

We are located 3 minutes from the sports center and 5 minutes from the aquatic macro-center, 5 minutes from the temple of Valenciana and 10 minutes from the historic center of Guanajuato. Direct access to the Dolores highway that leads to the Sierra de Santa Rosa, a natural area for hiking and cycling.

The entrance of the house features a warm wooden door, framed by a set of large windows. Potted cacti and decorative plants are arranged along the stone pathway leading up the steps, providing a modern and inviting appearance.
