I would definitely recommend the apartment. I give it a 100 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations even though the weather was not very pleasant to use the jacuzzi and the pool, but still the service was excellent. Emilio is a super attentive person, who I know cares about the comfort of the people who rent his apartment. At all times he answered quickly to any questions, and gave us solutions to the small things that came up unexpectedly. The apartment is very comfortable, I would say, with what is necessary to have a very pleasant time. We definitely recommend it and would go back.

Excellent host, the truth is a very nice apartment and the subdivision is very quiet, it has many amenities and the view is very pleasant. We went to a gastronomic event, but the restaurant in the subdivision is highly recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We had a great time and you are invited to come back many times.

Everything was great. Benjamin is very friendly and responds very quickly, he is on the lookout for anything. It's worth it for the price you pay, the amenities of the place are very good, heated pool and the jacuzzi in a perfect temperature. The apartment has tub in the bathroom. Overall it's a 10 for me and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Quiet and practical place to get around to any point in the city, excellent hospitality and facilities, nearby food shops and convenience stores, comfort in every part of the place, option to repeat in case of returning to the city

We had an absolutely amazing time in San Miguel and Enrique’s property was definitely part of why. We had everything we needed, the space was clean & well kept, and the amenities of the property were great (we loved enjoying some pool time!) We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

Really great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity, you feel at home for the comfort, amenities and certainly the toilet. Condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

We were very comfortable and had an incredible few days, the apartment is ideal for up to five people, everything in excellent condition and very clean. The Club house, the pool, the paddle courts, everything excellent. Very well located and with great shops within five minutes. The place is very quiet, quiet, and the neighbors are very nice. I highly recommend this apartment. Communications with Fabiola and Ana Karen, always nice.

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sunrise view . We loved the space . Great space to cook meals . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans . The bed linen was nice enough . Comfortable bed . ACs in all places was a plus . Only issue is that there is no one to communicate after 8 pm . If you have a query , no one responds . Overall beautiful space . Everything was very good. The apartment is nice and corresponds to what was shown in the photos. The host's attention is very good.

The hosts were super responsive and made last-minute amenities reservations for us. Everything is great with the AirBnB; it's an apartment in a well-located gated community. I’d take my toiletries next time, on a personal preference and recommendation to future guests. A comment for Casa de Piedra: The personnel was unhelpful, and had an attitude; also, towels are needed in the pool area; bring-your-own is not very hospitable.

The place was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable and clean. The directions were very clear. The atmosphere is very familiar. The only detail is that one of the bathrooms was covered since we arrived, so the water didn't go away and we couldn't use it, I wrote to report it but I didn't get help. From there in out everything is fine, thank you so much!

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

The house is very nice with open spaces decorated with very good taste, clean and impeccable; the very cozy bedrooms, the kitchen and the social areas we really liked the Garden is very spacious. Mariana was attentive to our needs the whole time. We recommended delicious food that came straight home and massage service. We would definitely rent this house again.

We enjoyed our condo and all the amenities this place has to offer. We recommend it to all who want to enjoy San Miguel de Allende and feel like part of a neighborhood. Although there’s shuttle service, we enjoyed walking down to Centro and back on cobblestones streets. As for the home, the beds and showers were great. Decorations of this new home were lovely. Also want to point out how the porch and nearby creek with lots of birds was wonderful and certainly made my morning and evening. The swimming pool and workout area are wonderful added amenities at the clubhouse. Thanks again for the hospitality!
