Apartment with great location. Bons restaurants nearby. Very good for those who have difficulty getting around because of the proximity in the center of Guarapari. The photos correspond to the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building being possible to watch even the balcony. The chestnut beaches, boyfriends, virtues and black sand very close in a radius of 1 km. It was very worth it. I highly recommend!!! We will return soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. The stay was simply amazing and exceeded all my expectations! The place is even better than in the photos — clean, well decorated, cozy and with everything working perfectly. I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

Step out of the apartment and you're already on the beach, we only take the car out of the garage to visit more distant places. Mauro was attentive, always answering all our questions.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

The Gilmara space is amazing, amid many trees, filled with nature,a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled with a family carrying a small child and a dog and there was no one who said that she was not at will, she received us with great affection, hinted from a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, the Gilmara space is close to some ceremonials, but we all leave with the feeling of wanting more! The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
