loft very well located, close to everything (beaches, supermarkets, banks, shopping...), safe location, bright and cool location with a sunrise position, very well equipped with two Arno turbo fans (no air conditioning), large window facing the street, it even has a small side view of the sea! There is no garage, but there is a parking lot in front of the building without fees and monitored! I also installed cameras on the street behind where you can leave the car ... I can do Uber service too
