Holiday rentals with beach access in Guaratuba

Great location, Good size apartment, I didn't miss anything in the kitchen utensils, I went with family. well ventilated, great security. I am connected to the energy of environments, and the Apartamento has great energy we sleep super well. I felt at home.

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was very smooth and agile as well. The internet works very well in the work and meeting room. We'll definitely be back!

Very Nice Apartament! The location its great, around 600m to the beach, and in front a supermarket. The place it is amazing, have a lot of space, very clean, cozy, and acomodated 12 persons very well. It has 2 parking spots, but in the street are other parking available, with no further problems. Regina was great host, and keep the comunication easy and quick.

All within expected. Communication with Guilherme is very good, he responds quickly and is very helpful. Clean and fragrant house, good location for those who want peace and quiet because it is a calm place with few neighbors. It's well worth it!

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.
