The Swiss Penthouse is less than 200 meters from the beach, the view from the back is possible to see the sea, with a beautiful sunrise. The balcony of the bedroom overlooks the street and the mountain. The double bedroom with an oriental-style queen bed (low), containing 1 extra single mattress. A spacious sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. It does NOT have a garage, but it is possible to park on the street at no cost.

Simple place for simple people. Chalet with swimming pool and leisure and relaxation area for the family. Quiet place to rest, have fun and celebrate life. ATTENTION if you have restrictions on animals, we have dogs and cats in the yard, but the female dogs are kept closed and the cats are very docile. Matinhos has many beaches. It's a surfers' point. Good for fishing. Lots of fun or lots of quiet, depending on your taste. Remember to bring linens/bedding and toiletries.

The apartment is located on the corner of Café Curaçao! On the same block, there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, a bikini shop and a beverage distributor. In front of Curaçao is the Brasão supermarket (now with a food court and cinema!) Available in the apartment are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart that turns into a table for transporting beach items, a large cooler and a frescobol. Just arrive and enjoy!
