Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is a designer studio, built for guests and made with a lot of love. There is everything you may need for your stay. The unit has a privileged view of the city and the mountains, this view takes your breath away. The unit if fully equipped, it features a nice size full bathroom, kitchen space, closet space, dedicated work space, small living room, bed area, dinning table for two, air conditioning and fast Internet.

The unit was great and the location was awesome first time stayed at Laurres and loved the area. Great outdoor deck with a Jacuzzi and close to Action Black great gym and Joga studios. We definitely book next time I’m in Medellin.

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

Super serene place to stay. It felt minimal yet luxurious. It is definitely set up as more of a hotel rather than Airbnb so you’ll need to get basic things like napkins, paper towels or spices if you’re planning to cook there. Helpful staff with a convenient health food restaurant just downstairs. There’s not much to walk to- a couple of restaurants, but it is a short cab ride away from main hubs. Highly recommend staying here, I’ll definitely be back.
