Family-friendly holiday rentals in Guayacanes

Der Kontakt mit America war super. Sie hat stets schnell geantwortet und war freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist super gewesen für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund. Die Unterkunft hat Ideal gepasst. Es gibt 1 Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer für 3 Personen mit Einzel und Doppelstockbett. Es gibt in allen Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage. Sowie im Obergeschoss ein Badezimmer und im Erdgeschoss ebenso. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Fernseher und Netflix ausgestattet sowie mit Ventilator. Es gibt einen tollen großen Esstisch sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Herd, Ofen, Spülbecken, Mikrowelle und großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Genauso gäbe es eine Waschmaschine wenn benötigt. Es gibt eine Komplett überdachte und verglaste Terrasse hier kann man auch BBQ machen oder in geselliger Runde Domino spielen. Es gibt einen geteilten Pool. Tolle Unterkunft wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Muy buena instalación, la señora muy atenta y dispuesta a colaborar en lo que se le solicita, los chicos de seguridad muy serviciales y el lugar es perfecto para descansar. En fin, todo bien.

Fuimos en familia nos divertimos muchísimo un lugar súper completo, seguro y que te hace sentir como en casa y Lisa fue maravillosa con sus atenciones, responde rápido y está siempre atenta a cada detalle.

Apartamento muy cómodo y con las amenidades necesarias, limpio y espacioso, en un residencial bonito y tranquilo. La playa estaba divina, la tienes justo a las afueras del residencial y la piscina que tiene es amplia y con un área para niños. Afuera hay áreas de BBQ y los trabajadores del residencial te ayudan a prepararlo si deseas. Realmente disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el lugar

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Juan Dolio, dans un coin paisible légèrement en retrait du pôle touristique, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’un cadre calme, presque comme si l’endroit nous appartenait. Le logement était agréable et conforme à nos attentes, et le personnel ainsi que le service de l’immeuble étaient tout simplement au top : discrets, professionnels et toujours disponibles. Un vrai petit havre de paix que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario, muy limpio e igual que en las fotos. El anfitrión súper atento a todo y muy amable. La zona es hermosa y tranquila, perfecta para pasear y desconectar de la ciudad. Regresaría sin duda.

Emmanuel was very attentive to any concern we had and had some comeout the second we had a issue to solve it. Great location and peaceful the only noise you hear are the birds

El lugar de David fue increíble, ubicado a pocos minutos de la hermosa playa de Juan Dolio y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Lo único fue que el jacuzzi no se calentaba como se mencionaba en el anuncio. Aparte de eso, sin duda me volvería a quedar en el lugar de David.

L’accès internet étais déficient a mon arrivé pour pouvoir travailler en ligne. Après avoir mentionné cela à Norma elle a fait installer un accès fibre optique excellent pour le travail à distance. Je vais définitivement y retourner. Merci Norma.

Nice place with a beautiful view. It’s very spacious and gives a nice outside feel while still being inside. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great view in a nice place.

Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con esta hermosa villa, es amplia acogedora y el área de piscina es espectacular la ame 😍

El alojamiento es igual que las fotos, muy amable el anfitrión, muy limpio y organizado. Súper cómodo el apartamento, muy buena ubicación y el conserje es súper amable y colaborador. El único detalle es que el edificio no tiene ascensor y el apto está en un quinto piso. Pero lo recomiendo 100% y estoy segura que volveré.

My family and I really enjoyed our nearly week long stay in Annabella's Pent House. The view was fantastic and the beach was only a a few steps from the building. Even though Annabella was out of the country during our stay the information she left about nearby attractions and restaurants helped us find some nice places to eat like El ConCon and Sueño and interesting things to do like exploring nearby Santo Domingo. The weather was great so we spent most of our time outside but when we were inside we found the house to be tidy and quiet, a perfect place to relax after long days spent exploring. I would recommend this to any traveller looking to stay close enough to the city to visit and explore but far enough to still enjoy the private paradise around Juan Dolio.

I required a late arrival and departure time to accommodate my busy work schedule and Enrique was very flexible in assisting me. Upon arrival, the well staffed security team kindly showed me to my apartment which was in spectacular condition and even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The furniture was excellent and the apartment was perfect for lounging, cooking, etc. The calm, quiet beach is so close you can hear it at night from the apartment, and the pool, staff and food offered within the community are all excellent. The staff ensures you have everything you need and maintains a very peaceful family atmosphere for guests. The unexpected bonus was the neighborhood which offers a supermarket and several excellent eating options for any budget. We finished our trip with a horse ride on the beach! I will be back soon with my family to enjoy Juan Dolio and Enrique's excellent accommodations further.

Buen alojamiento

Almost everything was excellent, but when building had a water/toilet issues owner automatically offered a discount for inconvenience. This is good business I declined because issues can arise in any building at anytime but I was very impressed with level of service & how she wanted us to be happy. The place is peaceful, beautiful & well maintained. It’s in a developing area, so since it’s still developing I find it quieter and more relaxing. It is right on beach, the 11th floor provides stunning views of; ocean, sunrise, sunset and stars. The place was clean and inviting. I hope to stay here again, sad to leave. Also for the adventurous type if you bring proper rubber bottom water shoes so you don’t step on anything sharp in ocean. There are some seriously beautiful fish hiding here in the coral.

Me encantó el lugar y la atención que recibimos. El lugar estaba hermoso y en buen estado. Genaro siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable. Fue fácil llegar, pero dificil el irnos jajaja.

Très bel appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer bleue… propre et très confortable , vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine neufs (ce qui est très rare, en général les poêles et casseroles sont très usées..). Machine à laver le linge en cas de besoin… beau balcon avec vue sur la mer … vraiment impecable .

This walk-up apartment is 75 feet from the water and located on a quiet street in Juan Dolio that is a 10-12 minute walk to the main commercial stretch. While not luxurious, the apartment is spacious, very very clean and complete with amenities. The apartment building grounds are secure, well-lit and well-maintained. The beachfront pool and lounge area is nice and they have a stock of lounge chairs that you can bring out to the beach, which is also very nice and, thankfully, not overrun with tourists or with people selling you a million things. There is a beach club restaurant next door that has seen better days but has very good (and somewhat overpriced) food, as well as a small convenience store/souvenir shop across the street. The town’s main commercial stretch, Carretera Nueva, has a lot of shops and very good restaurants at every price point. This apartment is a great value.

Pretty good spot in boca chica for the price. We had no hot water for the first day but they fixed it quick. The neighborhood is what you would expect for a town in a third world country but the complex was gated and the grounds were well maintained. I would reccomend to venture out of boca chica for better beaches and less traffic.
