Apartment with very good location , we had everything nearby , the condominium is very quiet and with all the comforts for a quiet stay, there are no noisy neighbors, the guards and concierge are very friendly and helpful. We would always come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ecuador! The apartment was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and located in a safe and vibrant area of the city. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, which was a huge plus. We had no issues at all during our week there. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The place is as it appears in the photographs, we had a comfortable stay and close to 9 de Octubre. We managed to get private parking at night at the Vuelta del Departamento.

The place is marvelous! The only problem is that you will be in trouble if you are not fit to walk to the 18th floor when elevator service is not working. If you are old or can't walk properly, I will suggest that you prepare for a plan B. I was fine walking up and down.

José Adrián's place was very nice, organized and clean. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. You can see the care in every detail. I highly recommend it! 10/10.

This is the safest/best neighborhood in the city. Lot of great restaurants, touristy things to do near by. José was a great host
