The apartment is on the second floor of the Altamar 2 building and has a breathtaking ocean view. It is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has exclusive parking. We are 5 minutes away from the shopping mall. The direct exit to the beach is perfect for morning walks along the beach. We have covered places on the beach that can be used for various activities. IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.

Each room has a private bathroom with hot and cold running water and fully stocked with towels, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. All bedrooms have additional sleeping for 2 more people. It is located in Altamar 2, closed with sea exit, 24 hour security and social areas such as Piscina. 5 minutes from the Paseo Shopping de Playas, close to the best hotels. IMPORTANT: On Tuesdays the pool is closed all day for maintenanceю️ Alcohol consumption in that social area is prohibited.
