The home was beautiful, well equipped and Gabby was an Amazing host. We booked last minute but the price was a bit expensive for “busy season” during our stay we almost had the entire beach to ourselves. Which made me question “busy season” over love the are and the community. Definitely would like to come back to the area. Pretty expensive though.

The house is very private, very quiet around, the pool is perfect for children, Saul is very kind and immediately answers any questions or requests.

Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations. The house looked even better in person — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and located in a very secure and peaceful area, which made our experience even more relaxing. Every time we had a question or concern, our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay — we would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to others.

We have stayed at Catherine’s a few times and its just always been perfect! We will plan future trips with her Airbnb as our preferred place to stay :)

Francisco and his friends demonstrated a level of hospitality that is unmatched. Their knowledge of the area was great. The best quality of the stay was their friendship that they forged with us. We had an amazing stay at Vonda’s condo in the Pilar community. The condo was spotless, with a full kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The furniture was very comfortable, and the king-size bed with quality linens made for a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Pilar itself is a wonderful and welcoming community—peaceful, friendly, and beautifully maintained. The beach is absolutely stunning—soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable dolphin sightings early in the morning. The water temperature was perfect for swimming and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Everything was just as described, and even better in person. We’ll definitely be back!

FOR THE MOST PART THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL DESCRIBED. THE WAY IN THE COMPLEX MAY NEED SOME PAVEMENT WORK ASAP. BUT FOR THEOST PART WE HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN GUILLERMINA PROPERTY.

The house is located in one of the best subdivisions of San Carlos. It does not overlook the beach, but it has an extraordinary location to rest. The subdivision is new and under development. The neighbors are extraordinary. Restaurants and supermarkets are a maximum of 10 minutes away. Ideal for groups or families. Zero noise, it's your home away from home. 10 out of 10
