Everything has already been mentioned in previous descriptions. The Rita is beautiful (traditional) Bouchra is always available by phone to help behind the scenes where needed. The staff working in the riad is so sweet and helpful. And a mega delicious abundant breakfast on the terrace to finish. No complaints. I'd love to come back 🙏🏻

We spent 4 days in the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef welcomed us very well. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruits, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We will be back. 😊

After staying at many Riads during our trip to Morocco, we could say this was our number 1 Riad! Location was perfect, the Riad itself was a dream, so well preserved and the staff wow wow. Hakim, who works there gave us the best of recommendations, sat down with us and explained us the whole map of the city and just helped us solve any issue we needed. This is the kind of place I would save to recommend to friends !

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

A beautiful Riad in a great location in the heart of the medina close to souks, the secret garden and some of the best restaurants. Our room was perfect on the ground floor with a en suite on a mezzanine. It was air conditioned but in May was naturally cool at night. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

A peaceful harbor in the heart of the medina. I only spent 1 night in this beautiful Riad, but for sure: I'll come back to that. Delicate and attentive welcome (tea and cupcakes). Dominique decorated the place with taste and beautiful materials and gave us good advice and addresses. The staff is extremely kind and present (not imposed). A huge thank you!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay! We were able to organize a ride to and from the airport through the Riad, including help carrying our bags between our room and the pickup/drop off point. The staff were very friendly, always responsive, and made great tea!

We stayed for 2 nights:) Jamil took great care of us and even picked us up from the taxi meeting point! The breakfast was very delicious. The surrounding area offers great restaurants and all sightseeing/markets are within easy walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

The Riad was beautiful. we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but we still had a good sleep. We also tried their hammam (couple) and was the best! Location wise is excellent: Quiet & safe, walking distance to Koutubia Mosque, Jemaah El Fnaa Square. The staffs (younes & soumia) were friendly and accommodating to our requests, they ensured we were comfortable. Hospitality 5 stars!

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

Our stay in the Medina was very exciting. But what made our experience far beyond perfect was Bahia and Fatima. They accommodated you in everything they can. The Riad is a short walk to the car pick up. Marrakech has our hearts.

Well maintained place. Felt right at home. Would recommend. Juria’s hospitality was great. Make sure to tell Taxi driver to drop you on Derb Sidi Mbrarek.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. Wow! What a beautiful place to stay - the Riad is like something from a fairy tale... There is a big courtyard where we could take meals, a lovely little pool and so many rooms and places to explore. Also, some very friendly cats to hang out with! Our room was so nice and it was serviced quickly every day. It was a little bit of a walk from the main part of the old city, but we liked that - it was quiet and away from the busy part of town. That said, there was loads of the local shops and life to see just outside the door. So overall, highly recommended and a lovely place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at Francois's place. It was a lovely Riad in walking distance to the Medina. The best thing about the stay was the staff. They served great food, were friendly and helped us throughout our stay. Highly recommended

This was the nicest place i stayed in morocco. Extremely clean, beautiful, reception extremely kind and helpful. Was slightly difficult to find - especially as there are 2 riad slitines in the medina. Overall excellent stay.

Our stay at this Riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family. The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

The place was amazing and beautiful. I would recommend it. The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable is that in the morning when there is someone having breakfast at 7am you can hear everything and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, it was very close to the Center and a lot of shop. So definitely a good choice.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

Peaceful riad that allows you to recharge after the bustle of the medina. It is easy to access and easy to find... Very welcoming and attentive staff who allowed us to drop off our luggage while waiting for our room to continue our visits.

The photos are in line with reality: the apartment is nice and very well located. A big thank you to Hala for her kindness and availability! She really takes care of her guests, even going so far as to stay on the phone with you until you arrive if needed. Always attentive when needed, she knows how to be present while being discreet. Special mention for her two adorable hairballs, Leo and Candy, two very soft and affectionate cats. The apartment is ideally located: convenience store right next door, bakery, market, pharmacy, several cafes and restaurants… And if you have a car, Marjane is accessible in just a few minutes.
