Holiday rentals with a patio in Guilderton

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

It was our first time to Perth and first destination was Lancelin. Sharyn and David place is amazing. A lot of effort was put in to make guests feel very comfortable at home. The home is tastefully decorated with paintings and also cushions and blankets to keep us warm during winter. From milk, breakfast cereals, snacks, instant coffee and capsules, juices, chocolate and champagne that came in handy for us to celebrate our son’s birthday and graduation from army vocational training. The kitchen is so well equipped that we’re able to cook up a delicious steak dinner from the ingredients pick up from a near-by grocer. Moisturiser and face masks were available in the bathroom. The place is a few min drive from Lancelin Sand dune and approximately 45 min to the Pinnacles. On way to Lancelin, we stopped by Seabird cafe for lunch which served really nice burgers and fish & chips.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, really beautiful and comfortable. There is everything and more to enjoy your stay with lots of extras such as a safe - everything has been thought of. There is also a lovely garden. The accommodation feels very safe and we will definitely stay again. Clive gave lots of information about check in and the area beforehand. Cannot recommend enough.

This was my first time booking an air B&B. Perth Holiday Stays were amazing with communication. house was lovely and spacious. Check in was easy. we arrived late and Kim had very kindly left some essentials which was very much appreciated. The property had plenty of towels. would definitely stay again.

Had family visiting Australia for the first time and we used James and Pennys property as a base for exploring and also having chill days. We loved the property, the kitchen was clean and well equipped and the beds in the 3 bedrooms we used were very comfortable. Outdoor area provided us a great space to play games and relax in the sun and also under the shade. The road was very quiet and no real disturbances from neighbours. Would recommend this property to families and friends looking for somewhere to chill. James was also a great communicator throughout our stay, very responsive!

Loved our stay here, walking distance to shops and restaurants, quiet and private, house was spotless and well presented. Frank was amazing and would always answer quickly and provide any help he could.

The basketball court is an amazing addition along with the gaming console provided. The house was full of amenities and extras and very spacious, good for big families.

Susan’s place was everything like it was advertised to be! Very clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee and kitchen amenities. The space was both aesthetic and spacious for us and our family. The yard space and games/toys for kids was great and loved that it’s pet friendly so we could bring our dog! The communication and kindness from Susan from the moment we booked into the moment we checked out was great 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re looking to book a trip to Lancelin! We will definitely be staying here again 😊

We travelled with an infant and felt that the property was really well catered for with thoughtful details that made our stay even better than we anticipated. The property was clean and well stocked and Monica was easy to communicate with. We would definitely book again if in the area!

Great stay at Sharlene’s! Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The layout was perfect for the 3 of us. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast out on the courtyard each morning and cosy evenings watching some Netflix in the evening. Close to the shops and the beach. Would recommend.
