This clean, uniquely decorated home is centrally located on a large private garden oasis. The garden and hot tub are the highlight of relaxation. There is a cattery in the backyard with some lovely kitties for petting. (The garden is semi-shared as the host checks the cats every other day but its for your exclusive use otherwise). Transportation is easy and direct to all the tourist sights. Great hostess and comfortable clean living. No parties, no unregistered guests without prior approval

Being situated close to Hwy 10, we are 25 mins drive to YVR airport, 10 mins to USA border, 5 mins to Cloverdale rodeo, and 18 mins to White Rock. Private, freshly renovated completely separate suite of 110 year old house perched atop of the hill. Peek-a-boo views of the Fraser River and epic sunsets. There is a wild and lush backyard, with seating, along with a small private side deck to chill and have a beer from the local brewery Steel and Oak (a complimentary beer provided). My partner, toddler, baby and I live upstairs with our cat. Meticulously and obsessively designed and furnished by me.

Our deluxe suite is located in quiet Silver Valley, a bedroom community 10 minutes from Maple Ridge. Enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, cranberry, blueberry fields as well as winding streams. Large one bedroom suite. Extremely clean and bright ground level. Close to bus lines and 10 minute drive to mall as well as sky train station. Train will take about 45 min to reach downtown Vancouver . Very quiet and safe family oriented area with restaurants and grocery stores close by. Park with walking trails within walking distance. Pub close by, one is about a 20 min walk. Guildford Mall is a 15 min drive away.
