Holiday rentals with lake access in Gulf of Naples

Loved the space, so clean and bright and lots of great touches from the coffee and tea bar, to a basket of games if you get bored. Really loved our stay, super quiet area.

Abbiamo Alloggiato per soli 3 giorni ma siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Mario e suo moglie. L’ambiente molto familiare e loro super disponibili! Ci hanno consigliato tantissimi posti da visitare e anche come spostarci. Consigliatissimo 😍

La villa responde a lo que buscábamos: un alojamiento cómodo para dormir cuatro parejas, cada una con su habitación y cuarto de baño propios, y próximo a las zonas que queríamos visitar durante nuestra estancia. Está dentro de una gran finca cerrada (Villa Ortensia) con varias edificaciones en su interior y amplias zonas verdes y caminos perfectos para pasear, hacer deporte, aparcar vehículos, etc... A 1 hora en coche de Nápoles y media hora de Caserta aproximadamente.

Wunderschöne Lage am Golf von Neapel und touristisch noch fast unentdeckt: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Stadt umgeben von einer zauberhaften Landschaft aus Seen und Meer von zwei Seiten. Mit drei Badestränden in der Nähe und einigen zauberhaften und unbesuchten römischen Ruinen macht das Stück Land einen sehenswerten Urlaubsort her. Das Airbnb ist eine schön eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, die man perfekt als Aufenthaltsort bei Regen, als auch bei Sonne auf dem Balkon nutzen kann. Von dort aus hat man einen einzigartigen Blick auf den See, Palmen und die Restaurants am Platzrand. Bei der Ankunft wird man sofort herzlichst von Enzo dem Gastgeber empfangen, der einem sofort mit einem netten Gespräch die Wohnung zeigt und einige Tipps für die Gegend gibt. Insgesamt ganze 5 Sterne, vorallem für die übermäßige Freundlichkeit und Sympathie des Gastgebers, welche einen sofort dazu verleitet, diese Unterkunft nocheinmal zu buchen.

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

la casa si trova in una posizione strategica per apprezzare il bellissimo mare di Sperlonga, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre nei dintorni c'è bar,ristorante,minimarket e pizzeria, praticamente sotto casa. I letti sono comodissi e la biancheria fornita di ottima qualità. Silvia è un' host gentile e disponibile.

La casa di Blandina è molto curata, gradevole nei colori e nell'arredamento, comodissima per la sua pisizione, dotata di efficiente impianto di aria condizionata ( non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo). Dall'appartamento si arriva al mare con una passeggiatina di due minuti reali. Vicinissima anche Sperlonga ( massimo 10 minuti a piedi da tutti i negozi). Volendo si può arrivare a destinazione in auto e poi dimenticarsela nel parcheggio. Molto gradevole il benvenuto regalatoci da Blandina, fatto di pomodori e ortaggi del luogo davvero squisiti. Sorridente e disponibilissima la nostra host. La cosa più bella vussuta qui: un pic nic serale, con tutti i miei figli, su un grande telo disteso sulla spiaggia su cui affaccia la casa, in contemplazione di un meraviglioso tramonto sul mare ... Torneremo certamente e molto volentieri!

Very gorgeous place. The pictures do not do it justice in my opinion. The view from the outside is amazing! The place was also very clean when we got there. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had trouble checking in because Apple Maps will take you somewhere completely different (make sure you use the google maps link they provide) and they had someone come find us. I would come back here and recommend this place to anyone.

Struttura ubicata in un contesto tranquillo e signorile, il mare porta pace e serenità interiore. Vacanza da ripetere. Valeria a completa disposizione.

My stay at Dora's place was fabulous. Dora is a wonderful host that goes out of her way to help in every way. The flat's close proximity to the Lucrino train station makes it very easy to reach the Montesanto station. It's within walking distance from restaurants, bars and shops. A public beach is a five minute walk. It was home away from home as it is equipped with all the necessities that made my stay comfortable and pleasant. It's private, quite, and secure.

Week end piacevolissimo! Posizione ottima appartamento accogliente e comodo...meraviglioso il camino che ci ha regalato una bellissima serata con un meraviglioso calore e una squisita grigliata.... Gentilissimo l'host Daniele che ci ha contattato più volte per assicurarsi e per fornirci varie indicazioni... Ci ritorneremo!

Desde el primer momento fueron muy atentos conmigo, presentando 100% disponibilidad y soluciones a pesar de que me retrasé en la llegada, y que me marchaba muy temprano por la mañana. El alojamiento estaba completamente limpio, y siempre estuvieron atentos a que no me faltase de nada y estuviese a gusto. La única pega que podría poner es que no haya wifi (dato que viene ya anunciado en el propio anuncio) ya que para mi (tal vez al tener una sim no italiana) la cobertura dentro del alojamiento no era buena.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit viel Platz und tollem Blick auf den See. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Supermarkt, Gelateria, Altstadt & Restaurants). Strand in ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (4 Minuten mit dem Auto). Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Wohnungs-Inhaber Guiglielmo ist Inhaber des Strandes Beach Brothers, er hat gute Tipps für Restaurants & die Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Preis-Leistung top. Mille Grazie.

il rapporto qualità/prezzo dell'appartamento è davvero buono. si trova tra il lago miseno e la spiaggia del poggio, entrambi facilmente raggiungibili. unico piccolo neo la vista sull'edificio di fronte, che copre il lago. comunque ottimo.

Tutto perfetto

Siamo stati ospiti per una notte, avevamo un matrimonio al ristorante vicino, e ci siamo trovati benissimo, orario check in flessibile, check out entro le 11 (molto comodo, non come quelli che ti chiedono di andare via per le 9 o anche prima). La casa è ben ristrutturata, tenuta bene, spazi ampi, mobili nuovi, materasso altrettanto e comodo, cuscini di vario genere, posto tranquillo, la cucina è dotata di tutti i confort e anche più (lavastoviglie, impastatrice, bimbi, macchinetta del caffè, etc.). Anna è stata disponibile e accogliente. L'unica piccola pecca ... mancano le tende oscuranti, quindi al mattino la luce filtrava all'interno, ma sono sicuro che questo problema sarà risolto quanto prima. Grazie di averci ospitato.
