A beautiful fully furnished apartment on the second floor of an ancient Neapolitan building from 1891 with an elevator. Spacious, bright and with very high ceilings, windows and balcony overlooking one of the most vibrant and authentic areas of the center. A large bedroom with a king-size bed and a Memorex mattress, a wardrobe and desk, a bright living area with a sofa, a kitchen with everything you need to immerse yourself in the Neapolitan culinary tradition, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is available for guests and covered by free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. We love to entertain, help to discover the city, and make friends with solar, friendly, warm-hearted, travelers (not tourists), who love their life and who are as flexible as needed to truly experience Naples, a little less we love to host rigid and uncompromising people, perfection maniacs or stressed tourists who think they're booking a hotel at low price. For that matter, we strongly advise those kind of tourists against the imperfection of Naples and its culture. Characteristic and authentic area in the middle of two of the oldest areas of Naples, surrounded by markets, shops, restaurants and services of all kinds and a stone's throw from transport, museums and monuments. Real daily life in Naples, far from stereotypes and scenes built especially for tourists who only look for the same city in every place. Undoubtedly a hectic place (beware of you, delicate ears seeking peace), but totally worth living in. And loved. Most of the things you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded by all kinds of shops and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stops and taxi areas are a few meters from home, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and both the airport and port are 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments, you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is a few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is a 15-minute walk from the National Archaeological Museum, the Madre Contemporary Museum and a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompeii, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name a few common destinations. The whole center of Naples, without particular exceptions, is a very active and frenetic place (we are also known for this :D). Popular excitement is an intrinsic and characteristic part of Neapolitan culture, an eternal living theater. For almost all tourists, this reality represents part of the beauty they want to dive into when visiting Naples, but of course everyone is different, has their own history and habits. If you come from very quiet and peaceful areas, you know you are intolerant to chaos, your sleep is so light that even the ticking of a clock can be a problem, we suggest you opt for more residential areas outside the center such as the Vomero, Fuorigrotta or Posillipo area. But in this case, know that you'll be missing the best:)

Vomero "BIJOU" Miranda Apartment

MIRANDA apartments consists of two mini apartments equipped with air conditioning, separate and independent. The two mini apartments "Bijou" and "Joli" only have a common entrance where you can leave suitcases for check-in/out and a FREE laundry room with: washing machine, ironing board and clothes drying rack. In the entrance there are therefore two doors to access the two independent apartments The Bijou apartment has a living room/kitchen with a large bathroom, the staircase leads to a loft (height 1.81 m) with two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single bed. It can therefore accommodate up to 5 guests. The Bijou apartment has air conditioning and a small balcony where smoking is allowed. The apartment is on two levels. In the living area, there is a living room with a kitchen and bathroom. In the mezzanine area, there are two bedrooms. Miranda Apartment consists of two completely independent apartments: Bijou, which can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests, and Joli, which can accommodate 3. I offer my guests the utmost privacy, but I am always available and accessible for any need or to give some good advice. The Bijou apartment is located in Vomero. In the nearby pedestrian area, it is possible to walk peacefully through the shopping streets with patisseries, pizzerias, and typical restaurants. In 5 minutes by walk there is a Carrefour supermarket. A few steps from the apartment there are Metro 1 and three different funiculars connecting any district of the city. In the apartment you will find an information book with many details to reach the touristic destinations (Pompeii, Capri, etc.) It will be easy to reach the apartment whether you arrive from Capodichino airport with Alibus Line and Metro 1, or you arrive from the central train station of Piazza Garibaldi with Metro Line 1 - Vanvitelli. Concrete Apartment San Gregorio

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building whose construction dates back to the end of the 1400s. Palazzo Tenore Cianci is now under the constraint of the Superintendency. The apartment's restoration has recovered a series of elements, such as wooden beams and architraves dating back to the time of construction. The flooring, on the other hand, is made of concrete resin, a perfect contrast to the original architectural elements. The space is spread out through a large open space in which the living room, large kitchen and dining room follow one another. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking Via San Gregorio Armeno, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Upstairs, accessed via a comfortable staircase, are two more double bedrooms, one of which has a French bed (140x200). Both overlook the large open space. The Concrete Apartment is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi, a 50'' Sony LED TV with free access to Netflix. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and both a microwave and electric oven. The kitchen, with large central island in concrete resin, is equipped with all comforts. The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. We are always available, as we live just 50 meters away from the Concrete Apartment. Immerse yourself in the vitality of the ancient city thanks to the apartment's strategic location on Via San Gregorio Armeno, and don't forget to buy one of the precious nativity scenes for sale at the many artisan shops. The Concrete Apartment is easily accessible as it is in the heart of the city. From Capodichino airport, an Alibus shuttle departs every 25 minutes and stops at the Piazza Garibaldi train station. From here you can walk to the apartment in 15 minutes, or you can take metro line 1 and get off at the Università stop which is about a 10-minute walk away (the Duomo stop is nearing completion). In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Circumvesuviana station from which trains depart for the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. The port from which ferries and hydrofoils depart for the islands of Ischia, Capri and Procida is about a 10-minute walk away.
