P's place was great in the 5th floor looking out at the pool, these units are of good size and well-designed. great shower and easy to to alot. Felt like home and was able to cook a couple meals each day. the amenities, here are in great conditions. In the midweek was very private and relaxing. I received great recommendations and help with airport shuttle.. also rent a motorcycle.. from P's recommendations. great place to go and relax highly recommend it. Hope to come back soon.

Clean, tidy and bright. Friendly host. Convenient location with the shopping mall just downstairs. Providing laundry powder, tea and coffee, pot and pans, cooking oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings and spices makes this place outstanding, good for both short and long stay. Many other Airbnb apartments with washing machine in Cambodia don’t provide laundry powder, minimizing the input of daily uses. This increases a little bit of profit but makes the stay inconvenient. Here in Alain’s apartment you can feel that the host does wish you a comfortable trip. Thanks Alain.

The condo is located on the top 35-th floor and it has absolutely incredible seaview! It's very clean and cozy inside. Also onsen and sauna are very great addition to the swimming pool. The host helped to solve all small problems very quickly. Neighborhood is quiet, but not boring – it has all what you need: beaches, restaurants and cafes, bars, 7-11, money exchange, and all of them are within walking distance. Definitely recommended 👍

Really nice place! The location is good near many markets & shops in walking distance. The projector is also very cool. Serai was always happy to help with any questions I had whilst I was in Phnom Penh

Sagi’s one of those few gem of a host who ensures that the guest feels right at home. I loved it and it was amazing. The room is amazing with a huge open area in the front. Loved the cats who randomly visited us and stayed with us in our room♥️ Overall a great stay experience and I’ll definitely recommend.

Overall good place to stay. Nice pool, peaceful location and easy to go to places within the city. Some areas can improve such as bedding mattress, dining chair, sofa , TV. They are currently not bad but it will 5X the experience.

The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, there are many good food around, and there is a large supermarket within 100 meters if you need to make your own food.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rockhill Villa near Lamai Beach. The host Zuzana and her co-host May, were very responsive to us and even sent us beach and massage recommendations. On the day of our flight they organized in home massages for all of us. All the bedrooms are super spacious and nice. With two primary bedrooms, and 3 other spacious bedrooms. When we got in May walked us around the villa and showed us everything. The team even arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport which made everything seamless and easy. We appreciate the time, effort, and hospitality May and Zuzana presented us with. We will definitely be recommending this place and coming back! ขอบคุณ!

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

I can’t express it in words - this place is a sanctuary!! It is so clean and maintained. You are surrounded by the incredible jungle and palm trees (yes nature sounds included which i loved!!) you cannnot see or hear a single neighbour and there is honestly hardly ever traffic, cant hear anything other then beautiful rain (when it does) and insects, birds! Great undercover balcony! Not to mention the view!! You see Koh tao when it’s clear (i did everyday in may!) Natty and Joffrey go ABOVE & BEYOND to help and to explain everything and give local knowledge. They booked a taxi for me from the airport to the home, my driver Youi was so beautiful! Nice to see a woman taxi driver. They helped me with a scooter accident, let me store luggage, they are honestly the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had! I really didn’t want to leave. This place is something very special and for the ridiculously low price you’d be silly to not!! Maenam is way better spot too, less touristy!

The villa was fantastic for what we needed, spacious with individual rooms and everyone having their own space and bathroom. Kitchen and living area was great and perfect for cooking, eating, and congregating for a takeaway recommendation as a family. Lyn was fantastic throughout and helped arrange food, supplies, taxis and transport as well as being great for local knowledge. Less shared loads of commendation for food and things to do and was super helpful in planning for our trip! Pool was ace! Lots of sunbeds and space to chill, was super quiet, private and relaxed. We had 3 x children in our group and the bunk bed and spaces for them were brilliant! They loved the cinema room and chilling with us all watching movies in the lounge too. Beds are super comfortable and rooms super well provisioned, bathrooms are ace and was super well Maintained! Would highly recommend the villa as a base and Lee & Lyn as a hosts.

Wonderful apartment with a really nice sea view! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answered questions. The neighborhood is perfect in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! I want to come back here again!

This is by far one of the best air bnb in Si Racha, the building is beautiful, the room is clean and everything you need is inside. My favorite thing was the amazing view on the balcony, I will definitly come back there it was perfect

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and the communication was very responsive - it helped us to ease the check in and check out. That’s one of the most important factor for me as a guest. The room size | space is very comfortable and giving. The air condition is well and strong especially living in Pattaya , it can get really hot! However just one thing to note - I was hoping maybe the living room sheets can be freshen up more - that will be perfect. Also the gym - the recommendation should be removed as it’s in a rusty condition , I wouldn’t recommend the usage of the gym. The pool view is great and relaxing. This location is great overall.

- early check-in was slightly chaotic, but we got inside - the sea view, though promised, came with an industrial harbor and a noisy motorway below the balcony, slightly disappointing due to the associated noise + Soraya is a great host, responsive, kind, flexible and eager to help + the apartment itself was a highlight - gorgeous, and spacious, with a super comfy bed and a well-designed table perfect for remote work + the bathroom was impressive, with a bubble bath, a luxury toilet, and a washing machine + the amenities were outstanding, including a pool, cinema, golf simulator, library, launderette, and kids' playground on the 4th floor + the 35th floor offered a gym and infinity pool, accompanied by saunas and a hot pool + the entire complex maintained exceptional cleanliness during the whole time + coffee machine and a small shop on the ground floor note: + if you rent a bike, a parking card is needed + 10min to the beach, restaurants, and shopping malls + we would come again
