Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gulf of Thailand

Great house! Spacious, gym is ok, cinema is nice, amazing view, bbq by the pool was great, pool is the best part! Bedrooms upstairs have a great view from the balcony! Staff really friendly.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

We went to Satun for business and stayed in this wonderful house for one night. The host responded very quickly to our reservation request, and when we arrived at the house, he immediately met us and checked us into the house. The house itself is very spacious, neat and clean, and the place itself is very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by mountains and picturesque nature. Many thanks to the host and special thanks to the woman cook who fed us a very delicious breakfast. If we are in Satun again, we will definitely check in here!

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. I had an amazing stay at Tatian’s villa in Haad Salad! The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised with an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Tatian made everything hassle-free, and her responsiveness throughout my stay was top-notch. The villa itself is just like the pictures – a beautiful, clean space with stunning views from the balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location in Haad Salad is fantastic, offering a peaceful environment while being close to everything you need. Renting a motorbike was easy too. I rented mine at Tamarind Bike Rental, which offered great prices and delivered the bike directly to the villa, making it super convenient to get around. The checkout process was just as easy as the check-in, and Tatian was very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located villa with a responsive and friendly host. Would definitely book again!

Mickey is an excellent host. I actually stayed in 2 of her properties while waiting for my permanent residency at the Base to be completed. She always accommodated my request from early check-in to extensions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Base is in the center of everything and very walkable. Restaurants, malls, shopping, bars, and beach are all around. You can’t beat the location. Highly recommended.

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

Dream villa. Nothing else to say other than it’s perfect. The view is incredible, the villa feels like something from a music video. 10/10. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back again.

The house is very good. Exactly as pictured. The pool is large and clean. The only thing that is unfortunate is that there is no beach.Seafood can be caught by the reef at night.The house is cleaned with housekeepers and gardener every day, very serious.The location of the house is a little far away, you need to drive to a big supermarket, it is located in a fishing village, the seafood taste in the air is a bit heavy.The host is especially responsible for being patient, answering questions 24h online at any time, helping me rent motorbikes, and arranging vehicles to go to the supermarket.

A great place for family and friends travelling together, spacious room. Kai is very helpful for providing information upon request. We had a wonderful time in Pattaya.

Beng was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had water to stay hydrated and showed us around the house when we arrived. It was clean and a really quiet and peaceful area. All rooms have AC besides the living room but it didn’t bother us since we had fans and we spent most of the time outside anyways. I would definitely book with Beng again!

I’m so glad I found your place and got to visit Phare Ponleu Selpak, even if we couldn’t stay for the circus festival! Thank you for the lunch next door with all the circus staff too.

Our large family had a great time! The location was easy to find and the description matched the house. We opted to rent the villa instead of a hotel so that we can enjoy the communal space and it did not disappoint. Our group had a lot of kids so being able to pick up food and enjoy it in the comfort of the home versus chasing them around a restaurant was ideal. The pool was a major hit for the kids as well; they did not want to leave.
