Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gulf of Trieste

Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia.. the accommodation was very clean, we have rarely seen it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything just fit, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

My wife and I stayed at Isabella's place for 3 days. It was perfectly situated in Mestre, which is a mainland city in Venice. just a 30 minute bus ride from the Grand Canal. public transportation was very convenient. The main bus stop was 20 m away from the entrance of our apartment. you get to the center of town in 10 minutes. another 10-15 minutes you're at the canals. If you're using public transportation I recommend that you download the Moovit app. it was a lifesaver for us. gives you all of the bus and train and tram information with a real-time digital updates. Isabella was lovely very responsive. very helpful giving instructions about how to travel and where to go.. We would definitely rent our apartment again the next time we're in town.

The apartment matched the description of the listing. 15 minute drive to entrance 2 at Plitvice Lakes. A few good restaurants nearby and a big grocery store also. Branislav's father met us upon arrival and showed us the flat. If we could give 6 stars it would go to her father, there were eggs,milk, butter and jam in the fridge and he brought us fresh bread each morning by 7:30.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Magda’s place is a dream. We spent the weekend cooking, reading, and writing, and it couldn’t have been nicer. She also picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us off at the train station. Highly recommend and hope to visit again someday!

Marianna's apartment is easily accessible and convenient to get to the city center on foot. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Carmen was a wonderful and kind host. 🥰Everything was neat and the place was cozy and beautiful. We felt very welcome. Carmen and her spouse showed us their wonderful yard and we got to taste the garden's bounty. The dogs were adorable. There was plenty of space outside and inside. And the views from the balcony are in a class of their own. 👌

I already commented on everything POSITIVE. The best place in Trieste! I'm going back!!! That place and Trieste made me fall in love!!! DON'T HESITATE TO GO!!! You won't regret it!!!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking - large pots, a large pan and much more. There is even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modern and technically top-notch - TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped - shampoo, shower gel and even a hair straightener are available. The free sun loungers with umbrella are an extreme plus. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. It was also possible to exchange ideas with Alberto at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

This is the perfect place to stay while exploring the beauty of Venice! It is literally a few minutes’ walk to the Piazza de San Marco. Andrea met us at the water taxi stop near San Marco and walked us to the apartment. He was very gracious and kind. We traveled with several other families and we had the best experience when it came to our accommodations.

It was a great stay at Samuel's place. Maria (mother of Samuel) was really a great host. Thanks for hosting us.

Barbara was a wonderful host from beginning to end. Picked us up at the water taxi and gave us lots of local tips and even helped us with all kinds of reservations. The place was lovely and in a great location and I loved that it was a bit away from the main crowds. During our stay she was always very responsive for any questions or concerns. The only missing thing is a washer and a dryer but I’m sure most people don’t mind that so it’s really a lovely place!

Perfect spot. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarket 20 feet’s away from the location. Gondola station right next to the door of the apartment. Great air conditioning. Updated kitchen. And the owners are super friendly and helpful 24/7. The location is a couple of minutes away from the train station. A+

The place was amazing, perfect view of mountains, super clean and great breakfast. The host was super kind and helpful, she spoke both Italian and fluent English. Really loved the stay totally worth the price and highly recommend it!

Francesca is a courteous and discreet person. The apartment is quiet and the room is very clean. Francesca's partner is also a discreet kind person so that the welcome of the guest is generally pleasant! The shared bathroom is well maintained, tidy, and clean. Breakfast plentiful with tea or coffee, fruit juice, croissants, cookies, jams, fruits, etc.

We had a wonderful week at Monica’s place! We could not have imagined it to be so lovely and relaxed - beautiful garden and very cozy house, felt very welcomed! Our dog Iva enjoyed it too! ❤️❤️ and we will miss breakfasts with home made delicious food and unforgettable atmosphere!

Antonella’s place was so beautifully set up - the breakfast was delightful & presented so lovely as well ! Antonella was extremely responsive & more than happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored after check out - would definetly stay again !

Ivana's place was perfect, full of nature and very quiet place. Internet speed was also good enough to work remotely. The room has anything you would need for a short stay, it has a mini fridge and also something amenities like cups and coffee, which is really appreciated. The apartment is 5-8 mins away from Entrance 1 in Plitvice Lakes. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Ivana was very friendly and always responsive. She allowed me to leave my luggage before Check in. Thank you Ivana!!!
