Private 2 acre spring fed pond directly in front of rental, where you can catch & release fish night & day. 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain Flight, so you can watch hang gliders fly above you. Fire pit & sandy beach area. The best trees to attract your hammock & only 20ish min from Chattanooga city scene!

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

There's usually a relaxing breeze around the back with a wooded area behind you for a bit of privacy or sit on the front porch and enjoy a beautiful sunset over Lookout Mountain.

They will not have access to main house as you will not have access to the apartment.
