Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Gura Humorului

The place is one of the best and most beautiful stays I ever had! Well positioned, beautiful surroundings, walkable distance to pretty and calm hikes, close to the city by car, a lot to visit, do and see around! Although we had not had time to do much, as the place itself offers so many amenities… there are so many things to do around: monasteries and the citadel of Suceava visits, horse riding, amazing food and others. The hosts were just wonderful! Very carrying, proactive, clear in their instructions and greatly responsive! Alex and Adi were fantastic, and Evie, the little one, was a joy to meet ☺️! Would 100% stay again, and would strongly recommend it to anyone, from families to groups of friends!

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

Close to Suceava, convenient for business or meetings with friends

★★★★★ A Dream Stay in Vatra Dornei! Our stay at Ionel’s beautiful holiday home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Ionel’s warm hospitality made us feel at home. He made the fire for us every morning and evening, ensuring we were always cozy. The house is incredibly spacious, featuring six large, comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully designed living room, and a charming traditional aesthetic. I especially appreciated the two bedrooms with desks, which gave me the perfect space to work with my laptop and monitor. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so was the walk-in pantry. The outdoor BBQ gazebo was a dream—perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. Ionel was also kind enough to let us bring our pup, who stayed warm in the entry hall. Every detail was thought out to make our stay exceptional. We truly can’t recommend this place and Ionel as a host enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Raluca is an amazing host, as well as a person. I booked her place for my mom to stay for the night, and she went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable, and help in any way possible. My mom described the place to be very clean, well organized, luxury and very comfortable. Wish there were more people like Raluca that would make the world a better place.

We really enjoyed our days at the property. The location can be taken every day for a walk in a different area, the garden is wide and equipped and the girls really liked to play outside. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and clean and felt thoughtful of the hosts to allow for a pleasant space for guests. Highly recommended

We went with a group of 8 people and Teodor was very kind, he always tried to make our stay more beautiful. The cottage is very beautiful,in a place isolated like in the story,studded with nature. The place is harder to find because he is not listed on google maps but Teodor will guide you if you need help. Cleanliness, immaculate,equipped with thermal power plant,terrace, large yard, barbecue, the cottage can easily accommodate 8 people. The tiles are not missing as well as spices such as salt,pepper, pans and pots. The oven and stove are perfectly functional and in very good condition. I really recommend and we will gladly come back again.

We spent a wonderful stay at this cabin. The place is perfect for those who want an escape away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The tiny house is very welcoming and well maintained, providing all the facilities you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. I was impressed by the traditional design, blended harmoniously with modern elements – a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The view is absolutely incredible! Mornings are magical, with the sun rays sneaking through the mountains, and evenings are perfect for warming up by the fireplace or taking in the stars from the deck. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure to give us all the necessary information about the mountain trails in the area, which added a plus to our experience. I recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a getaway in nature, whether for hiking or just to enjoy the tranquility and scenery. Definitely will comeback!

Me and my family recently spent two nights at a this lovely mountain cabin, and it was fantastic. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing. After a day of exploring, it was amazing to unwind in the sauna and soak in the hot tub under the stars with a wonderful Mountain View. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Our host was making us feel welcome and provided everything that we need. Overall, it was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended

Note 10 for this place to stay. Really impressive. We loved it. Very nicely arranged and equipped with everything you need. A big plus was the fact that the area is very quiet. Also, the breakfast and lunch (optional for a fee) were great. It was totally worth it and we will definitely want to come back.
