We had a great weekend in this beautiful Airbnb! The accommodation was spotless, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The owners were welcoming, warm and available throughout our stay. The pool was a real plus, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing. There were also many activities on site, enough to satisfy young and old: outdoor games, walks around, relaxation area... A peaceful and rejuvenating setting. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this place without second thought!

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. Lovely welcome by Corinne. She was very helpful with picking us up and leaving us at the train station and promptly responding to any questions. The place was lovely and unique in so many ways.

Perfect weekend. The house is really great and with the sun the pool and summer kitchen are a big plus!

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small remark, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

Mariella’s gite was exactly as described and everything in it seemed to be almost brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. Location wise it couldn’t have been better being only a 10 minute stroll to the old quarter of Auxerre, whilst along by the river there were a plethora of fine restaurants. All in all this is an excellent place to stay and there is good, secure off street parking.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There are all the necessary amenities for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and 15 min walk from the center of Auxerre. So you can do anything on foot once the car enters the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos well. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We had a pleasant stay. Delphine was very responsive and attentive to us. We greatly appreciated it. The house was very clean, quite spacious and the environment very quiet and relaxing. We recommend it in a second.

Available and responsive owners; housing well suited to 3 couples and 6 children (be careful of the height of some beams for very tall people). Furniture in quantity. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the private courtyard and 2 outside in front of the cottage. Proximity to Auxerre; wooded environment with cool walks in the undergrowth. In the village: 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy, 1 bar and tobacco shop. We therefore recommend this cottage; thank you.

We had a great stay at Philippe and Jennifer's. They are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We took advantage of the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. And discover the region, the cottage being well located. We have access to a wealth of documentation, so we don't miss anything essential. . Thank you Philippe and Jennifer and good luck.
