Frédéric was very welcoming, the accommodation was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and the heated pool. The game room offers a multitude of activities: foosball, board games, TV area, etc. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house, well equipped where we spent a long weekend with friends. The pool and the large garden are a plus when the nice weather is out! Check-in with the lockbox is very convenient, Hervé a friendly and responsive host if needed. I have already recommended the house to friends 🙂

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We came as 3 couples with children. We had a lovely weekend in the countryside. The house is well-equipped, clean, quiet and allows you to really recharge. I would definitely recommend this house. PS: we were very well received by Gwendoline and her family. All the explanations were clear and we had plenty of recommendations on activities or eating out. Thank you to them for everything and their responsiveness in meeting our needs.

Fouzia’s house has everything for a great vacation with friends or family. The villa was very clean and well maintained. We traveled with a baby and really appreciated all facilities (baby bed, sleeping bag, baby seat, washing machine, …). The garden is fantastic, we especially enjoyed the heated pool (29 degrees), big terrace and jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

The apartment is perfect, nice, spacious, air-conditioned and very pleasant.

The accommodation is very well located, far from any hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful. Bird songs, "crickets", neighing horses nearby will be the only "noises" you will hear. A real joy. The accommodation is well-equipped, just a shame for the coffee system, I would have preferred a more traditional one (Senseo, filter coffee maker or other). Regarding Eric and Sophie, they met my expectations and answered my questions. Good communication.

We had a great stay at Philippe and Jennifer's. They are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We took advantage of the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. And discover the region, the cottage being well located. We have access to a wealth of documentation, so we don't miss anything essential. . Thank you Philippe and Jennifer and good luck.

The location is just beautiful and quiet, if you are looking for rest you can go there without question. Dominique is very welcoming and available, great host. We had a great stay at the Intemporel cottage. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, modern, and very well decorated. Perfectly adequate for 4 people. Perfect for the summer with enough to eat outside, sunbathe, and enjoy the jacuzzi, and all that out of sight if necessary. 🌴 From the accommodation you can very easily go on foot for beautiful walks along the Nivernais canal, where we met magnificent horses. The city also has a lot of charm. It is the perfect place to relax in peace. 🏞 Thanks again to Nicole and her family who were very welcoming and extremely friendly! 🌸 We recommend 100%!

Our stay could not have been better. Jenny is lovely, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond, however, when she picked up some much needed dog food for us in Dijon. The house is beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and so charming. The area is quiet, in a wonderful way, but within driving distance of many wonderful sights, and close enough to Beaune, Dijon, and the Burgundy wine route to make them very doable day trips. Nearby Epoisses has a not to be missed Fromagerie and great bakery. Jenny even arranged a Resistance tour for us, with a local guide, Tim. It was excellent.

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedal boat, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.
