I loved this apartment. It is very spacious, nice natural light during the morning, good kitchen, great balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was good and I felt very comfortable. I I didn't want to leave the apartment at all. I know it is hard to find good airbnbs like this one that ✅️ all the things that I like and look for in an apartment. The hosts were very friendly. Would come back again if needed! And I would recommend it to a friend ;)

The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

A very nice apartment in the center of Kobuleti, easy to reach by a 20 minutes walk from the local train station, and close to the beach. The service of Bachana and his sister was very helpful and friendly including fast answers. I can highly recommend the apartment.

My family and I recently stayed at Keti's apartment, and I must say it looks even better than the photos! The three balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is all new and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Keti is incredibly friendly and even assisted us with parking, which was a great help. Highly recommend this place!

cozy apartment with good view and location

We have really enjoyed our weekend at the sea at this beautiful place. You hear and see the sea right from your bed, and overlook a beautiful inner yard, full of lush greenery. Once you leave the gate you are already at the beach. The apartment has simple arrangements, but you have everything you need, everything is new and comfortable to use. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised that unlike to other places at Georgian shore, here there were really few people, and so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Really recommended! So peaceful and relaxing 💛

Everything was excellent! This is a place for a relaxed vacation. Spacious, beautiful house. Beautiful view from the bedroom to the pine forest. Large green area. The house was cool, although it was 30 degrees outside. There is a parking lot near the house. The host is responsive, always very quick to respond to messages. Sandy beach one minute away. We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

An apartment by the beach. Great for sunbathing and bathing in the sea. All the comforts provided. Pretty good access to Batumi. Great base for trips to national parks. A great place to relax and walk. A home with modern amenities. Very tasteful decorated. I recommend.

We celebrated the New Year with a big group of kids. The house is large and spacious, has everything you need. Close to the beach, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets, the coniferous forest. Very quiet.

Hosts are very responsive. 5 minutes to the sea and it's good that the house is not on the first line, there is no noise from restaurants. We had a crib on purpose. Everything matches the photos and description.

Convenient location Great balcony and the view Freshly remodelled and very good looking Well equipped kitchen Big mirrors and huge wardrobe Nice bed and bathroom AC is quiet and reliable The only downside -- occasional water supply shortages :( Walls are thin so that I was able to hear neighbours next door celebrating, but they were quiet at night, so actually no issues here

Elene is a very nice host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beach is around the corner too. We were there with the baby and it was very good.
