We loved the place. Three minutes walk to the sea. Beautiful, clean beach,with shades and chairs provided by the guesthouse. The staff most friendly. The building new,spacious room with balcony. TV, A/C, private wc and shower.

Ureki House - beach stay

Nana's house is on the first line, the beach is right behind the gate. You can swim at night, watch huge stars, or watch the sunset from the window. Falling asleep to the sound of waves is also magical. In Ureki, the sea is warmer than on the rest of the coast, a couple of degrees, and the sand is really black, and, they say, terribly useful :) If you need a spacious room with a cool renovation, this is not the place for you. It is clean, but very modest, although there are rooms with air conditioning and a good TV, everything is fine with hot water too. But the price is very modest, especially for such a great location. From useful warnings: in Ureki there is only the sea and a tiny park with carousels, and at least one pedestrian street is very lacking. So it will be difficult for those who do not sit here. Thanks to Nana and her assistants for a wonderful vacation!

Very nice and helpful hosts Revaz and Victoria, quickly resolve all issues. The quality of the place is quite high. The room is warm, lots of space, a large panoramic window to the floor, a TV with a YouTube, a large balcony with a good view of the pine park and the sea. Great ensuite with rain shower. If I am still in Kobuleti, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Great location to relaxed. Walk to the beach in 30 seconds. Cozy restaurant attached with great choice of healthy diner & nice breakfast. Friendly staff as well.
