Viva stay is a new building built in 2023 with a neat white interior and emotional furniture and props, and is a cozy and comfortable space that is not noisy in a residential area. It is divided into a bedroom and a living room kitchen, so it is a great place to have a special gathering. It is close to the subway station, so you can use 2 subway lines to get to the center in 10 minutes on foot, so it has excellent access to the city center, and there are plenty of food and atmospheric cafes and amenities around the accommodation. In addition, it is a space run by a host who always tries to think about and provide good service to make it more comfortable for guests to rest more comfortably. *Note: Korea is a country with distinct seasons, and interior accessories may vary slightly depending on the season. It was a truly touching place to stay. Everything was perfectly prepared and nothing was missing. Even without going out for sightseeing, there was so much to enjoy within the accommodation itself. What I appreciated the most was how generously the host provided towels and snacks. My child enjoyed as much sweet potato pie and hardtack as they wanted. Although there was a convenience store on the first floor, we didn’t even need to go there because the room was already stocked with plenty of snacks and ramen. The warm and beautiful interior made it clear how much care and attention the host puts into maintaining the space. From the moment you open the door, you're welcomed by a pleasant scent and beautiful music. You’ll truly be able to experience everything I’m describing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

This is what I call true love and passion for hosting it shines through every single detail, from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. This Airbnb truly left me speechless. From the adorable little notes in every corner to the complete set of thoughtful amenities, everything was prepared with such care and heart. It genuinely felt like home. What made it even more special was the surprise welcome gift a delicious homemade japchae! It completely made my day and brought the warmest smile to my face. I was so touched by this kind gesture thank you from the bottom of my heart. I even thought about extending my stay because it was just that perfect. This is an Airbnb accommodation that you must visit. I was expecting kindness and a proactive response from the host from the reservation~:) A nice scent and a pleasant accommodation greeted me nicely (the air conditioner and air purifier functions were good), and the clean and emotional interior and accessories add to the coziness. The weather was nice, so I had a great time drinking on the terrace. Cooking utensils, cooking oil, and seasonings were provided, so I made delicious dishes. ^^ We visited as a couple, but it was a great place for four people to go with friends!

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation—it was truly worth every penny! The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. While the walk includes a bit of an uphill climb, it’s very manageable and honestly part of the charm. The unit itself is compact but thoughtfully designed—perfect for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed: a two-door fridge, washing machine, microwave, dehumidifier, hair dryer, and full kitchen equipment. The host also provided generous amenities like towels, shampoo, soap, tissue, and more. There’s even a laundry dryer available in the common area, which came in handy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for real rest after a day of exploring. Overall, the space felt cozy, clean, and complete—an ideal home base in Korea. I’ll definitely be back next time I travel solo. Highly recommended!

It was a much prettier and emotional accommodation than the photos! I felt the owner's sense everywhere, and the interior and every single accessory were carefully decorated, so I felt really good throughout my stay. The bedding was soft and clean, and the view from the large window was so nice that just sitting by the window was healing. :) I especially like big window accommodations, and I really liked it. In particular, the living room was full of sunshine and had a warm atmosphere, so it was nice to take a lot of photos with friends, drink wine comfortably, and chat. The necessary basic items were well equipped, and the communication with the owner was friendly and quick, so I was more relieved and comfortable! It was a great place to rest quietly in the city center. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance!
