Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gwangju-si

It was the same as the photos, and it was a place where you could tell that a lot of attention was paid to the interior. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and beam projector room are each separated, so it's great to spend time with your group separately. It was especially nice to be able to watch the movie by gathering in the space where the beam was installed! There is also a washing machine, so it seems very useful if you are staying for more than one night. I want to use it again when I come to Suwon next time!

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

I traveled with my friends for a long time, and the accommodation was great. The price range was reasonable, the accommodation was clean, and the bedding was so good. I was able to stay comfortably for two days. However, the barbecue area is in the back of the house, and it was a little uncomfortable to carry food out to the front door, but it was nice that I was able to have a barbecue comfortably without bothering my surroundings. And it was nice to feel that the host cares a lot about the safety of guests and the surrounding situation! Thanks to you, I had a good rest. This is the place I'd like to go again. Thank you.

If you're traveling with a lot of people, I highly recommend this clean and cozy place to stay. The bedding is especially comfortable, there are 3 neat toilets, the living room is spacious, and there is a beam. It is a little high, so you can feel the beautiful rooftop view, the quiet scenery, and the quietness of the friendly neighborhood. The host was also very kind and responsive. Every corner of the space is beautiful, so I'm really satisfied!

I often go to Yeongjongdo, so I usually had a place to stay, but the reservation was already full, so I found this place. But... why didn't I notice this place until now... The surroundings are too quiet, and the welcome drink, The interior is totally my style, the bedroom has a forest view, and the space is more spacious than I thought, and the price is good... There was nothing to criticize.🥰😍 I think I'll settle here in the future. In particular, when unexpected issues arise, I was worried and told the host, I was so grateful and touched that you treated me so comfortably and understood me like a family. Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

Very easy to find and the place is big

This is a great accommodation experience, it is really close to Hongdae subway station, you can walk to the nearby shopping and eating, it is hidden in a lively area but it is not noisy at night, you can get a good sleeping environment, and the host responds quickly, the service is also very good👍 The room is clean and cozy, great for friends to stay together, a great Korean experience to recommend to everyone

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully decorated. Brian was an exceptional host. He is friendly, thoughtful and responsive and provided great local tips. I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a lovely time staying in Tingmin‘s place. The flat is right in the heart of Sinsa which has tons of cute shops, cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Yet the flat is in a quiet side road so it‘s never overly noisy despite being in a busy area (though there is currently a construction site which may be nuisance on week days if you‘re not an early riser). Tingmin‘s flat has all the conveniences you might need even for a longer stay (we stayed for five weeks!) and everything was very clean. It‘s also worth noting that, compared to other places we stayed in in Seoul in the past and despite only being a studio, Tingmin‘s flat is a really decent size. Since we stayed for a long time and brought a lot of luggage, we really appreciated the extra floor space. Finally, Tingmin was super helpful and responsive the entire time. We would definitely stay with Tingmin again on our next trip to Seoul!

It was an older pension, but I loved the cleanliness that I felt as soon as I entered. The bedding was in good condition and the bathroom was clean! And the reviews said that the owners were friendly, but they were really kind:) He also checked the requests right away and gave us feedback ~ I also liked the mountain view from the room, so I thought it would be nice to come back around spring and have a barbecue outside. The owner's wife also uses a hat at Santa Claus because it's Christmas. Anyway, I'm having a nice day thanks to you:)

The scenery was beautiful, and there was a crib, a baby bottle cleaner, and a baby bottle wash brush, so it was a great place to bring a child. The front yard and backyard lawn were really nice! I want to come again next time

This is a beautiful place, it was very spacious for 6 of us, yet cozy and super comfortable. We love the beddings, they were very comfortable, better than the hotel beds. We actually miss the beds, we were all well rested and feeling so at home. The kitchen utensils were all well provided, there was a Nespresso machine and capsules were provided and Innisfree toiletries, which were "wow" factors. This is our first time staying in this area, the Naver app and Google maps were not that user friendly in Korea, but we got the hang of the place after two days. The bus stops near the apartment are convenient for commuting. Lavender, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful place, thank you for having us, wish we stayed longer.

It's really, really good. The view is good for the air. It's nice to hang out with friends privately. It's a pretty tableware inside, and everything is prepared, so it's nice. You don't have to bring anything separately. Barbecue. Fire pit. Everything is perfect, and there is a pretty space for group photos, so it's an angle to revisit.
