Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

Tom and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay! My husband and I were in need of a place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding and this location was absolutely what we were looking for!

We had a great time in our short stay in Gregory’s guest home. The home was very clean and cozy. It is the small details that show how much our host wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. As a group of three girls we felt very safe in this neighborhood. Our host was only a call away or a few feet away. We appreciate the snacks, tea, coffee and filtered water. We especially loved the eggs. The were amazing!!!! The bed was firm and very comfortable. With plenty of blankets to stay warm. I would love to stay here again when back in town.

It was a great place to stay while visiting family

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

Christine was a top notch host. Kind, attentive, thoughtful. Her studio is clean and homey. The Pine Lake neighborhood did not disappoint with their quaint beach and lake hikes.

Perfect place for rest & relaxation. Clean, comfy & cozy. Karla is responsive & attentive. Neighborhood has beautiful scenery & kind neighbors. I would absolutely stay again & highly recommend it to others.

This is our second time here. We really enjoyed the homemade cookies! They are such a nice touch. The place is well stocked with games for the kids. We enjoyed playing pool as well! I was so happy to see the tea kettle in the kitchen. As a tea drinker it was a very nice touch. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

I can’t recommend this place enough! The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We stayed during Hurricane Helene, and the host made sure we were fully prepared with a flash light, batteries, water and etc to ensure our safety and peace of mind. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. This host should absolutely be a Superhost. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Mayar’s place -- I needed a quiet place to crash with little notice, and she accepted my request very quickly and accommodated a late check in. The apartment was clean, calm, and quiet in a family-friendly neighborhood in the suburbs of Atlanta. The bed was really comfortable, and I appreciated that the kitchen had everything I needed for dinner and breakfast. Mayar was very welcoming and helpful, and clearly knows the area well. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I'd definitely stay here again for short term or longer stays if I come back again! The fact that it has its own entrance would make it great for people desiring more independence.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, washing. The rooms were as nice as the pictures. Bathrooms were very nice and the pool was always clean and ready for the morning swim. The welcome from Jacquil was the best. I felt like she was family and I would recommend her home to anyone I know. My next time coming to ATL, I will be contacting Jacquil.

The Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Cozy and peaceful but within close proximity to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

Cindy & Storm's house was my most favorite AirBnB experience so far. The house was much bigger than the pictures can capture. It had had a great layout for my party of 7 (which included 3 kids), with plenty of common space and space for privacy and quiet. There were tons of thoughtful touches, games for the kids, and clear instructions that helped us find everything we need. It was impeccably clean, which I thought was impressive given the size of the place. We also loved watching the many varieties of birds from the back porch! Also, the hosts clearly have thought a lot about accessibility, and I appreciated all the accessibility features of the house. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
