Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gwonseon-gu

Loved the house and loved the owners. There aren't that many buses, so you have to be careful so that you don't miss the bus. Also, for those who are afraid of bugs, the house is right next to a mountain, so bugs sometimes get in.

숙소 시설이 설명해주신 것과 같고, 앞에 멋진 뷰도 있고 산책하기도 좋았어요! 특히 조용하고 편안하게 쉬다 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다! 다음 수원 여행을 한다면 다시 꼭 여기 숙소로 하고 싶어요!!🙌💛

오랜만에 조용한 곳에서 감성을 만끽하며 일박을 보냈어요. 곳곳에 자리한 인테리어 소품들이 심심한 공간들을 채워주었고 비치되어있는 캡술커피와 웰컴쿠키, 넷플릭스로 소소한 여유를 즐길 수 있었답니다. 소박한 화장실은 혼자만의 시간을 누리기에는 부족함이 없었어요. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 감성 충만한 숙소였습니다.

행리단길 바로 옆에 위치하고 통닭거리나 수원행궁, 수원화성을 도보로 몇분 가면 바로 갈 수 있어서 편리했고 숙소 내부는 사진과 같이 똑같았습니다. 다음에 수원으로 다시 놀러 가게 된다면 또다시 재방문을 해도 좋을 것 같아요!! 취사가 안 된다는 점이 조금 그렇지만 그래도 사와서 먹거나 할 때는 도구들이 있어서 나름 잘 먹고 지내다가 갑니다.^^ 다음에는 조금 더 길게 있다가 가도 될 것 같아요~^^ 편하게 지내다가 갑니당~^^

갑작스럽게 생긴 업무 때문에 이동하느랴 급하게 잡은 숙소인데 방도 2개나 있고(물론 하나만 썼지만) 간단한 요리도 할 수 있고 침구도 깨끗하고 욕실이 신식인테리어는 아니지만 깨끗하게 청소되어 있어 좋았습니다! 요새 칫솔 제공을 하지 않는 숙소도 꽤 있는데, 칫솔이 구비되어 있고 수건도 넉넉했습니다. 다음에 수원 일정을 하게되면 또 오고 싶네요!

행궁동 데이트가 저의 투두리스트였는데요, 행리단길, 수원화성, 방화수류정 행궁동 근처 어딜가도 접근성이 최고입니다. 👍 가격도 넘 만족스럽고 저희가 전날이 아닌 당일에 폴라로이드를 추가로 요청했음에도 세팅해주셨어요🥹(감사합니댜ㅠㅠ) 덕분에 갬성뿜뿜한 폴라로이드사진 잔뜩 찍을 수 있었습니다. 피크닉 세트도 무료 대여라 날씨좋은날 알차게 사용할 수 있을 거 같아요~ 행궁동만의 고즈넉하고 평화롭고 감성적이고 힙한 갬성투어를 찾고계신 분들께 “행궁꿈자리”를 적극 추천드립니다. 1. 숙소가 핫플레이스와 가까움. 2. 숙소 인테리어가 아기자기하고 청소가 잘 되어있음. 3. 수건 등이 잘 구비되어있고 귀여운 볼펜도 선물로 줌(방명록이 비치되어 있어 오고가신 게스트들이 써놓은 글을 읽는 것이 묘미이자 힐링이라고 할 수 있음!)

청결하고 깔끔한 내부가 인상적이었습니다. 3주동안 잘 이용했습니다~^^

근처 에어비앤비 대비 가격도 적당했습니다. 행궁동, 스타필드 가는 버스도 숙소 바로 앞에 위치해서 편했습니다. 근처에 편의점도 있어서 편하게 다녀올 수 있었습니다.

Alojamiento súper limpio y cómodo en una torre residencial en una zona muy linda. Fácil acceso y súper buenas amenidades.

직업상 에어비앤비를 많이 사용하는데 이렇게 완벽한 곳은 처음이에요..! 하나하나 신경쓴 느낌이나고 침구류가 부드러워서 잠이 잘 왔어요!

위치가 아주 좋습니다. 건물 안에 식당과 카페, 편의시설이 모두 있어 이용하기 편리하며, 길건너에 롯데몰과 갤러리아가 있고, 조금만 걸어가면 호수 산책도 가능합니다. 밤에 외부 소음도 없이 매우 조용해서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다.

전반적으로 깔끔하고 위치 접근성도 좋고 만족스러웠습니당! 행궁동 오면 또 여기로 오고싶어요 잘 쉬다 갑니다 😃😃

용인에 친인척 행사로 왔다가 가족들과 하루 잘 보내다 갑니다~ 주차 안내도 친철하세요! 편안하고 아늑한 숙소였어요!

급하게 예약하느라 늦은 시간인데도 빠르게 응답해주셔서 편히 이용했습니다. 역에서도 가깝고 청결해서 좋았어요.

Very worth for the price paid and overall the stay was 10/10! Close to train station only thing is that there is a very steep hill that makes it difficult to push luggage. Would recommend to be mentally prepared haha

Logement petit mais agréable. quartier très sympa et animé (nombreux restaurants et cafés, commerces et marché de quartier pas trop loin. la ligne de métro est très proche donc facile de se déplacer. L hôte est très serviable et réactif, très bon contact. J ai apprécié mon séjour. L aménagement de la terrasse serait un vrai plus.

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.

장기간동안 투숙 했는데 호스트님과 커뮤니케이션 잘 되었고 편하게 잘 있었습니다~~ 근처에 편의시설도 많고 남광장까지 조금만 걸어가면 되서 먹을것도 많았구요~~ 잘 있다 갑니다 ^^

Overall super, will like to book my next trip with them again. Location -Super friendly when travelling from the airport and back. -Near subway station (walkable) what you think of a home you can find it inside friendly host big and spacious on living and bed area

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
