Holiday rentals in Suwon-si

On the first floor of a single-family house, me, my husband, and a 21-year-old baby live. There are two single rooms in total. The ground floor is operated as a party room for up to 6 people. You can use the first floor bathroom and kitchen between 10am and 10pm. This room is the innermost one past the kitchen to the right from the front door. When you stay, only the bathroom & kitchen are shared. Therefore, please tidy up after use. There is winter ★heating but the warmth does not reach to the room next to the kitchen. So, electric furnace and hot water mat are available in the room. There is no ★air conditioning during the summer, fans are provided. Please note this when booking a room.

This building have been finished by 2017, this year. forty-five story building, fairly new and in very good condition. It located "20, Songwon-ro, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do" right next to KT wizpark(baseball park), near the bigmarket(homeplus, 600m)and big park(Manseok Park, 500m) have great convenient to seoul, or other city. we have pet(dog) but we keep him other space.

Located in the downtown area of Inye-dong, the center of Suwon, a major city in South Korea Centrally located, with outdoor music venues nearby. The cultural and artistic center and park are adjacent, so it's a great place to take a stroll.Nearby, there are various cultural facilities such as restaurants, which are perfect for enjoying, and Suwon City Hall Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a good bus route, so it can be said that it is the center of transportation. It's newly remodeled, so it's clean and nice. There is nothing to stay alone, and everything is equipped, so you can stay comfortably.
