Holiday rentals with beach access in Gwynedd

I had a fabulous stay at Ann's place. It's very light and airy and the space has been well thought-out. I had everything I needed. It's both private and well-located for access to the beach and other amenities. Also a great location for access to the Snowdonia National Park (I highly recommend Beddgelert), Portmeirion and the Llŷn peninsula. Ann was very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming back again next year.

The apartment was really nicely presented and had everything you could need for a family stay. Lisa was great at communicating and the apartment guide was super helpful both for the property and the area. Being literally across the road from the beach was fantastic, sometimes we didn't even put our sandy shoes back on to get home! We chose this place because it suited our family of 3 (no stairs for our 1 year old) and after we'd moved all the ornaments out of reach it was perfect, although you could have happily had a much larger family there. Would stay here again!

Stayed for a couple of nights as a family of four and dog. The space worked perfectly for us to spend some quality time together. So close to the beach so ideal with little ones. View from living/ dining room is absolutely stunning. Just looked out at view for hours. Flat up two flight of stairs, so not ideal for those with reduced mobility, but no problem for others. Host response immediately when we had a question.

What an absolutely gorgeous apartment and location with the sight and sound of the sea at your back door. A rare find indeed and one that we will happily return to.

An excellent stay in a beautiful private property, the hosts were lovely the property came with everything as described and a lovely secure area for our dogs to roam around the house. The beach was amazing and a pleasant walk at a reasonably close distance. For anybody wishing to stay here me and my wife would highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful area.

Great base for exploring Caernarfon and the wider area, very close to Snowdonia National Park. Clean, comfy and exactly as advertised, I would definitely stay here again. Very responsive and attentive hosts, a pleasure to deal with.

We had a fantastic week at Sunny Bank. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Very close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafés, my boys especially loved the ice-cream parlor just down the road. Fantastic walk above the the house with amazing views over Barmouth.

Excellent accomodation. Beautifully decorated and furnished to high standard. Wanted for nothing. Host has thought of everything you need and more. In a quiet area 2 min walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from the town. Would highly recommend.

Marie is a great host. she was very helpful and informative about the area. the house was all we could have wished for. it was spacious over 3 levels. we loved our view of the sea and noats from our bedroom window. it was well equipped with, had brochures and menus to browse and games for adults and children. our favourite spot was the open kitchen with lounge and diner nook. Will definitely try go back. the staff at Swellies and the pub were very helpful and friendly and the food was tasty. Mandy

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. Ty Nain is a great place to stay when visiting the North West corner of Wales and Anglesey. It's very straightforward to get to by road and is in easy reach of the mountains, beaches and sights. We found the house to be very comfortable, the decor was very pleasant, the kitchen well stocked and the whole house spotlessly clean. The bathroom looked absolutely pristine. The mattresses were comfy, we all got a good night's sleep. It was great to have a space to chill out in the conservatory as well as the living room. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating about us dropping off bags early and kept us well informed about every aspect of our stay. I'm sure we will be back to visit and we have no hesitation in recommending this welcoming airbnb with it's kind hosts, for a relaxing stay.

Großartiges Cottage, super gemütliches Wohnzimmer, großer Essbereich, voll ausgestattete Küche, modernes Badezimmer, separates WC und spektakuläre Aussicht vom Garten. Alles war wie beschrieben, nichts hat gefehlt, vieles wurde übertroffen. Top Lage auf der Klippe. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Ortsmitte mit guten Restaurants & Spar. Wir hatten 5 superschön Tage.

This apartment exceeded my expectations - an ideal spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and the thoughtful, loving way the space is furnished. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The view of the sea from the window is absolutely stunning - you could spend hours just admiring it. A special thanks to Ali for her warm and responsive communication. Everything about the stay felt easy and relaxed, and her local recommendations were a fantastic bonus. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy flat! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making me feel right at home. The host was super welcoming, always ready to help with tips for the area, and quick to respond.The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The flat overlooks the harbour which was lovely, parking can sometimes be tricky at peak times but otherwise fine. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the best AirBnB properties that I have stayed at. Real attention to detail and wonderful hosts. Sue's background in hospitality really shines through with great attention to detail and a desire to 'go the extra mile' in everything she provides at the property. The setting is beautiful and the location places you within easy reach of North Wales, Anglesey, Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. Highly recommended.

we had a lovely 3 day stay at Heidi's place, the apartment was beautiful with the most gorgeous view, it had everything that we needed and was spotless ! barmouth town centre is less than a 5 minute walk away from the apartment which was fabulous and Heidi gave us plenty of recommendations of places to go and places to eat. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Clare’s apartment. It had all we needed and was really clean and welcoming. The location is great and we were to and from the beach lots! Lots of lovely touches in the flat and we so appreciated the prosecco and other bits that were left for us. Communication with Clare was clear and friendly. We will definitely hope to come again.

This is the perfect location for a stay in Caernarfon. It's close to the castle amd many shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and would be suitable for a short or long visit. Kathryn was clear with all the instructions and communicated well during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
