The little cabin

Small old-fashioned cottage, on the heath in Verdal. Steep slope up, you should have a 4x4 car, there is a road up in autumn, spring and summer. Not winter. In the middle of nature, snowmobile track and ski terrain. If you want to have a few days in the mountains, and go hiking, this is a unique opportunity. Very simple and old, but also very cozy. Charming cabin in Naglestad

At Bjennvann in Naglestad in Hægebostad municipality, there is a charming year-round cottage with perfect sun conditions. The cabin has a large terrace, and otherwise a natural plot, with access to the beach and swimming raft. The cabin is fully equipped and has the character of a family cabin. There is decent room for 6 adults and 2 small ones around the table. Drinkable cold water. Hot water comes from water boiler tank. Compost bin. Outdoor shower. Washing machine for outdoor use. Poor Teliad coverage, good Telenor coverage. Canoe with vests (not kayak).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. You will it at the very top of Eikerapen Alpinsenter. Good sun conditions and a view that takes your breath away. Pleasant cabin neighbors. Ski in/out. 50 meters from the swimming pool. Pub and restaurant at the hotel and après-ski at the Rabbenstova pub at the bottom of the hill. Great ski slope and lovely groomed cross-country ski trails in winter. Lots of great hiking opportunities once the snow is gone. 5 minutes to an EV charging station 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store.

Experience mountain nature with trails that along the waterfall will lead you to the top overlooking Ørevatn with its long shallow coast at Skjerka. Swimming and fishing opportunities. Relax alone or with good friends or the whole family in this peaceful place in beautiful surroundings with lots of hiking opportunities. The cabin is small and charming, but very rich in content. With its three terraces in the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Swimming pool in the garden and several beaches nearby. Grocery store and bakery with delicious baked goods and farm sales are located 400 meters from the cabin. It is not without reason that this place is called "Perlå i Agder". Welcome! 😊

Furuly on Naglestadheia

Our cabin, "Furuly" has a peaceful, and rural location, with proximity to most things in Naglestadheia. For us, Naglestad is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy life, with both birdsong, squirrels and maybe a glimpse of hare, weasel, deer or elk. Cabin life can be enjoyed both on the porch and inside. The original part of the cabin is from around 1975 and has been upgraded and expanded from 2020 onwards. From the living room you have access to the terrace with garden furniture and fire pit for idyllic evenings in fresh air.

You'll have a great time at this place. Right next to the salmon river Lygna. Next to the main road. Train station Snartemo nearby. Small private beach by the river. To the National Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 min to drive by car. Kristiansand Zoo is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away-perfect for family excursions. With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within easy reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing license.

Hønsehus Nedre Snartemo Farm

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history.
