This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes from central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are lovely walking trails along Lake Siljan nearby, which can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

Ett mycket trevligt boende med sjötomt och strand i ett fantastiskt läge. Invändigt finns det en stor yta som kombinerar kök med vardagsrum innehållande en mysig kamin. Två sovrum och ett badrum. Ej tvättmaskin. Plats för sex personer då soffan är en bäddsoffa. Vattnet ej drickbart men diskbart. Det finns en fylld 10-literdunk vid ankomst som kan fyllas på inne i byns lokala ICA-affär. Lillstuga med ytterligare fyra sovplatser, mot extra avgift. Roddbåt och kanot finns nere på stranden.

Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
