Own small cozy house in Borlänge

A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

Relax in a renovated apartment in a house on the farm in Morgårdshammar. Older details preserved to create comfort and a sense of home. The apartment is located in a farm building on the farm next to Kolbäcksån in Morgårdshammar. A quiet area, yet close to Smedjebacken's center. Walking distance to ports and fishing waters. Distance to - Romme Alpin: 33 km (30 mins) Uvbergsbacken: 1 km (5 mins) Säfsen Resort: 54 km (1 hour) Hand towels & bath towels are provided. There is the possibility to rent bed linen for SEK 100/set.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Family-friendly detached house in a quiet residential area. Trampoline on the property for children. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are grocery stores, nice walking trails along Lake Barken and a marina. 2 minutes by car to the ski slope and cross-country ski track. 30 minutes by car to Romme alpine. 15 minutes to Hagge golf course. Swimming area is about a 10-minute walk away. The space You will have the entire house for yourselves. Parking is available outside with space for 2 cars.

Relax in this waterfront cabin on your own private peninsula in the beautiful Dalarna region. Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Little red house - Sweden as you imagine it!

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Single bed + Ikea sofa bed (1+2pers) Bed linens and towels are available for SEK 150 per set/person. Iron and ironing board available. Parking space included.

Apartment in the middle of Söderbärke

Accommodation in the middle of the village, close to Ica, swimming at Hagudden, Folkets park and the harbor. Beautiful nature and great opportunities for outdoor recreation. Cross-country skiing in Norberg (30 min), Smedjebacken (10 min) and Ljungåsen (45 min). Alpine skiing Uvbergsbacken in Smedjebacken and 45 minutes to Romme Alpin. In summer, there are many lakes for swimming, fishing and paddling. There are nice gravel roads and trails for mountain biking.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Majsans Stuga

Maisans Stuga is a small but nice cottage. It is idyllically located right on the water. You can swim in the lake, fish, hike in the surrounding nature, cycle, read on the porch directly on the lake or simply enjoy the view and unwind. In Kloten, about 10 km away, there is the possibility to rent canoes or bicycles. In Kopparberg, about 12 km away, there are good shopping opportunities, cafes, restaurants, museums...

Rikkenstorp - swedish countryside!

Come and stay at our small organic farm. You have your own nice house by the lake with access to a sauna. Take a walk in the forest or on the paths around the farm and say hi to the animals. This is an active small scale farm with a genuine feeling! Experience real countryside with nature, silence and a sky full of stars :-)
